International Day of Sport for Development and Peace Celebrated

Noida Film City: “Sport for Development and Peace is an opportunity to recognize the potential of sport to contribute to the achievement of the Millennium Development Goals. Sport, as a tool for education, development and peace, can promote cooperation, solidarity, tolerance, understanding, social inclusion and health at the local, national and international levels. Its intrinsic values such as teamwork, fairness, discipline, respect for the opponent and the rules of the game are understood all over the world and can be harnessed in the advancement of solidarity, social cohesion and peaceful coexistence.

Marwah Studio has designed Athleema and Asian Premier League two major sports event. Sandeep Marwah has also been Chairperson of Indian Sports And Cultural Society with World Record in sports to his credit.

Anjali’s ‘Written In The Stars’ Released by Sandeep Marwah

Noida Film City: “Asian Academy of Arts has been promoting writing in a big way. We support new and old writers and publishers even we have to go out of way” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios while releasing the new book of Anjali KriplaniWritten In The Stars at Noida Film City.

“I have been writing earlier blogs from there I realized that I can write more. Writing is an art but you have to polish it only by writing more” answered Anjali in a jam-packed hall of young enthusiastic filmmakers and media students.

Sandeep Marwah Honored at Mewar University

“Five World Records in Media and now President of ICMEI-International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry Sandeep Marwah has brought many laurels to India. He is an asset to Indian Media Industry”, citation read by Alka Agarwal Director Studies of Mewar University on the annual cultural day of Mewar Institute at Ghaziabad.

The memento was handed over to Sandeep Marwah by the chancellor and chairperson of Mewar University Dr. Ashok Kumar Gadiya in a large function. ”Sandeep Marwah’s contribution is large, he definitely deserves more than this” added Ashok Kumar Gadiya.

“I am indebted to Ashok Gadiya for honoring me today. I assure you all that I will give my best to media & entertainment industry,” said Marwah politely. Several important educationists attended a full day cultural program, and where hundreds of students participated from numerous different colleges.

Convocation of 86th Batch of Trainees at AAFT Held

“A time has come when you have to prove to the World the sincere efforts of the faculty members, hard work of the students and large and broad involvement of AAFT in preparing your carrier” motivated Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios on the convocation of 86th Batch of trainees at Noida Film City.

“A hard core theory and massive practical blended with workshops, seminars, interactions, industry face, festivals, sports, film events makes film and TV courses at AAFT a complete one package” said Dean AAFT.

The complete faculty including Satish Anand, Arun Anand, Adil Rana, Yudhveer Dhaiya, V.S.Kannan, Prabhat Shukla, Rajinder Gandhi, Dr. Vijay Kapoor and many others were present there.

The passing out 86th batch has 16 post Graduate Diploma Holders and 56 students from short-term courses. ICMEI-International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry supported the event.

543 Committees Framed at NFTC to promote Art & Culture

“Promotion of tourism, art and Culture can give a new look to India. We have to feel proud of being Indian and its heritage culture” added Sharma while launching 543 Tourism, art and culture committees of NFTC-National Federation of Tourism And Transport Cooperatives of India Limited in association with ICMEI– International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry headed by international renowned media person and five times World record holder Sandeep Marwah.

“Tourism plays a predominant role in the world economy and certainly espouses national integration and brotherhood”, said Sandeep Marwah, the Managing Director of NFTC.

The top management of Asian Education Group, members of ICMEI and NFTC including Dr. A.K.Sivastava, Puneet Jindal, Dr. Lalitya Srivastava, Ashok Tyagi and others attended the event. The Minister was honored with the life membership of International Film And Television Research Centre of AAFT.

Sandeep Marwah Nominated President of Association For Asian Union

“Its been fourteen years we have been working on the concept of Asian Union on the lines of European Union, now we have found the right leader to pursue the idea further. We nominate Sandeep Marwah an international personality to take the chair to make this concept international” said Beni Prasad Agarwal Founder of the organization in an international meet to nominate new President.

“What a wonderful concept and you can join the whole Asia together. To be on the top you still have to climb the first steps. The organization has opted for the right person to take this idea to the top” said Naresh Sirohi a Senior BJP leader, and Advisor to DoorDarshan.

“I am thrilled with the confidence all of you have shown in me. I will put my best to develop this idea into reality” thanked Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studio accepting the designation.

Noida is the Cultural Capital of India- Sandeep Marwah

“Noida is lucky to have Cultural and Tourism Minister of India as its member parliament. Some of the wide and broad decisions have been taken by state and central government to promote art and culture in this part of the country” said Dr. Lalit K Parwar Secretary Ministry of Tourism Government of India.

Sujit Banerjee former Secretary of Tourism Government of India and now Chairman Advisory Committee Ministry of Culture conducted the program.

Roop Narayan Batham suggested many more points to add on to make Noida more happening towards art and culture.

Asian Premier League will go International- Sandeep Marwah

Noida Film City: “Sports activities are as important as the education itself. A healthy body can lead to healthy mind and spirit. We can produce better managers and creative persons,” said Sandeep Marwah introducing the idea of Asian Premier League at Marwah Studios.

Twenty times gold medal winner Prashanti Singh Captain of Indian Women Basket Ball Team formally inaugurated the international sports event at Noida Film City and said, “it is a good initiative, sports bring people from different cultural backgrounds together and such events should be held more often to promote them.”

Renowned Israeli Film Maker Dan Chyutin who was accompanied by Hanna Anzi Cultural attaché of Embassy of Israel further added, “sports are emerging as one of the major source of entertainment all over the world.”

More than 400 hundred students participated from all over India and abroad. Shri B.C Bose, General Secretary Indian Sports and Cultural Society, Dr A.K.Srivastava Director Asian School of Media Studies also marked their presence.

While giving the description about games Sandeep Marwah said, “Sports are an essential tool in promoting unity and peace among people and communities.”

Sandeep Marwah has always been associated with sports and holds the world record of covering the Queen’s Baton Relay from Wagah Boarder to Nehru Stadium. Later Marwah handed over life membership of International Film And Television Club to Dan Chyutin.

Asian Unity Day Celebrated by Association For Asian Union

“For the last fourteen years we have been celebrating the 2nd April, the founder’s day of Association of Asian Union as the Asian Unity Day. This time the country has very well accepted this concept whole heartedly,” said Beni Prasad Agarwal former Ambassador and founder of the organization.

A letter to the Prime Minister has also been sent to accept the concept of Asian Union and to celebrate 2nd April as Asian Union Day as National Event.

“We have taken this international job of uniting 48 countries of Asia through art and culture, politically and economically. We hope and confident that time will come when we be able to move this idea to all the countries and bring these nations close to each other,” said Sandeep Marwah.
