IFTRC Conducted Seminar on Importance of Research at AAFT

Noida: “Research plays a crucial role in both professions and businesses, as it helps to identify trends, gather insights, and inform decision-making. In professions such as films, television, media, research is critical for staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the field and ensuring that best practices are followed. Through research, professionals can discover new  techniques, and technologies that improve  outcomes, enhance safety, and increase efficiency,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios and Chancellor AAFT University in a seminar on Importance of Research designed by International Film and Television Research Centre at Marwah Studios, Noida Film City.

“In the business world, research is equally important for ensuring success and profitability. Companies conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and behaviors, enabling them to develop products and services that meet demand. They also conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and develop effective marketing strategies. Research can also help businesses identify areas of improvement, such as supply chain optimization, cost reduction, and customer service enhancements,” added Dr. Marwah also President of International Film and Television Research Centre.

Moreover, research allows professionals and businesses to make informed decisions based on data-driven insights rather than assumptions or guesswork. This minimizes the risk of making costly mistakes and increases the likelihood of success. Through research, professionals and businesses can also identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and potential threats, allowing them to adapt and stay competitive in a rapidly changing environment.

The prominent Researchers who spoke were Dr. Lal Utreja from USA, Shree Om Sehgal from USA, Pramod Kumar Agarwal, Ricky Pandey, Dr. Chand Bhardwaj and Dr. Manoj Srivastava.
