Praising the institution, he added, “AAFT has consistently produced top-notch professionals who are ready to contribute to this booming industry. Dr. Sandeep Marwah’s role in shaping this institution, along with his visionary contributions to Noida Film City, Marwah Studios, and numerous other associated ventures, is truly commendable.”

The Minister also spoke about the upcoming Film City near Jewar Airport, emphasizing the numerous opportunities it will bring to India’s media landscape. “The new Film City will open a world of possibilities, further boosting India’s media and entertainment sector and contributing to the nation’s overall growth,” he stated.

Noida: A group of enthusiastic students from Indrapuram Public School recently visited Marwah Studios as part of an insightful study tour at Noida Film City. The visit aimed to provide the young students with a glimpse into the dynamic world of media and entertainment.

During their visit, the students were exposed to various facilities at Marwah Studios, including the radio station, television station, and film screening areas. The tour also featured discussions with counselors, who introduced them to the diverse range of courses available at the Asian Academy of Film & Television (AAFT), helping the students gain a deeper understanding of the media industry.

Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of Marwah Studios and Chairperson of the International Children’s Film Forum (ICFF), welcomed the students, stating: “We have been inviting young students from across India and abroad to Marwah Studios, offering them insights into the ever-growing media and entertainment industry. With a growth rate of 12 percent per annum, the M&E industry has now become the sixth largest industry in India. The group was given a comprehensive tour of Marwah Studios, where they visited key departments, including the shooting floors, radio station, television centre, and educational wings. Sushil Bharti, Head of the Broadcasting Department at Marwah Studios, personally led the guided tour, offering the guests an in-depth look at the facilities and a behind-the-scenes perspective on the day-to-day operations of the studio.

During the visit, the delegation had the opportunity to witness live media activities, including TV production setups and radio broadcasting sessions, which provided them with a well-rounded understanding of how the media industry functions at Marwah Studios.

Noida: The International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (ICMEI), in collaboration with the AAFT School of PR Events and Advertising, and Bhagat Singh Forum commemorated the birth anniversary of one of India’s greatest freedom fighters, Shaheed Bhagat Singh, on September 28th. The celebration was held at Marwah Studios in Noida, with students, faculty, and distinguished guests participating in the event.

To mark the occasion, a special poster honoring the life and sacrifices of Bhagat Singh was unveiled. Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of ICMEI and Chancellor of AAFT University, led the celebrations with a heartfelt tribute to the revolutionary leader.

 Dr. Marwah spoke about the indomitable spirit of Bhagat Singh and his profound impact on India’s fight for independence. “Bhagat Singh’s courage, conviction, and dedication to the cause of freedom continue to inspire generations. He was not just a revolutionary but also a visionary who dreamed of a free and equitable India. His sacrifice reminds us of the immense price paid for our freedom, and it is our responsibility to honor his legacy by working towards a just and progressive nation,” said Dr. Marwah.

As part of the ceremony, a moment of silence was observed in memory of Bhagat Singh and other freedom fighters who gave their lives for India’s independence. The attendees expressed their commitment to upholding the values of bravery, integrity, and patriotism that Bhagat Singh championed.
