Noida Film City, April 1, 2025 — In a magnificent ceremony held at the headquarters of the Asian Unity Alliance (AUA) in Noida Film City, Dr. Sandeep Marwah, renowned international personality and nine-times World Record holder, addressed an esteemed gathering to shed light on the mission, vision, and ongoing activities of the organization. The event, organized a day before Asian Unity Day (celebrated annually on April 2nd), served as a powerful reminder of the significance of collaboration, peace, and progress across Asia.

Dr. Marwah, the Founder of Asian Unity Alliance, eloquently shared the objectives and aspirations of AUA, emphasizing its pivotal role in uniting the Asian continent under shared values and cooperative initiatives.

“Asia is home to unparalleled cultural richness, intellectual strength, and economic potential. Through the Asian Unity Alliance, we aim to harness this diversity and transform it into a force for peace, prosperity, and progress,” said Dr. Marwah during his keynote address. “The mission of the Asian Unity Alliance is to promote peace, development, and research across Asia by uniting governments, organizations, and individuals committed to regional cooperation. AUA aspires to create a vibrant platform for cultural, economic, and social integration among Asian nations”, Marwah added.

The AUA envisions a harmonious and prosperous Asia—a continent where countries collaborate in unity and mutual respect to build a strong, interconnected future.

Aims and Objectives of AUA are Promoting Peace and Stability: Encouraging diplomatic efforts, conflict resolution, and dialogue to ensure regional peace. Economic Integration and Development: Fostering trade, investment, and sustainable development across nations. Cultural Exchange and Understanding: Promoting Asia’s diverse traditions through cultural programs and exchanges. Research and Development: Generating insights and recommendations on economic, social, environmental, and technological issues.

Key Activities of the Asian Unity Alliance are: Conferences and Summits: Hosting thought leadership events to discuss pressing issues and opportunities. Policy Advocacy: Engaging with stakeholders to influence policies that enhance peace, unity, and development. Cultural Programs: Organizing exhibitions, festivals, and performances to celebrate and connect Asian cultures. Research Publications: Producing studies and policy briefs on regional development and integration. Capacity Building: Offering training and workshops to strengthen institutional and individual capacities.

Noida, India: In a dynamic and thought-provoking TEDx event hosted at Marwah Studios, students of the Asian Academy of Film and Television (AAFT) were treated to an extraordinary lineup of speakers who brought insights, innovation, and inspiration to the forefront. The auditorium was packed with enthusiastic learners eager to absorb wisdom from some of the most influential voices across industries.

The event featured powerful talks by Mukul Chabra, Bhushan Garware, Kena Shree, Dahekk, Dr. Vega Singh, Samriddhi Uniyal, and Kompal Kapoor—each bringing a unique perspective shaped by their journey and achievements.

Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of Marwah Studios and founder of AAFT, welcomed the speakers and addressed the overflowing audience. “We believe in learning from real-life changemakers. TEDx AAFT is a platform where knowledge meets experience, and our students gain exposure to global thinking,” he said.

Mukul Chabra, CEO of Scrapuncle, a Delhi-based recycling startup, shared his entrepreneurial journey and emphasized sustainability and innovation in modern business models. Bhushan Garware, an AI consultant at Google, discussed the future of Artificial Intelligence, its transformative power in industries, and how students can prepare for an AI-driven world.

Kena Shree, an award-winning writer and leadership coach, spoke about the art of storytelling, resilience, and building influence through authentic expression. Dahekk, also known as Da Desi Pit Bull, a celebrated Indian singer, rapper, and entertainer, engaged the audience with his story of self-discovery and using music as a means of cultural expression.

Dr. Vega Singh, an MBBS graduate turned professional bodybuilder and fitness coach, inspired with his journey from medicine to muscles, stressing the importance of discipline, health, and self-confidence. Samriddhi Uniyal, a creative artist and content creator, narrated her path of crafting compelling digital content and urged students to embrace creativity in the age of social media.

Kompal Kapoor, a New York-based fashion influencer and content creator, addressed the global impact of digital branding and personal image in the fashion industry, encouraging students to use their voice and style with purpose.

The TEDx AAFT event was a resounding success, leaving students enriched and empowered by the stories and insights shared by the speakers. It stands as yet another milestone in AAFT’s ongoing commitment to holistic, real-world education. Later all dignitaries were honoured with life membership of International Film and Television Club of Marwah Studios.

Noida, India: The Asian Academy of Film and Television (AAFT), in association with the New Delhi Film Foundation (NDFF), hosted an engaging workshop led by acclaimed filmmaker Ranjan Kumar, known for his bold and rooted storytelling. The event was highlighted by the screening of his celebrated short film ‘Champaran Mutton’, which has received widespread appreciation for its powerful narrative and authentic portrayal of rural India.

Following the screening, Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of AAFT and Marwah Studios, presented Ranjan Umakrishn Kumar with the prestigious Life Membership of the International Film and Television Club of AAFT, in recognition of his remarkable contribution to Indian cinema and short films as a storytelling medium.

Ashish K. Singh, Founder and General Secretary of the New Delhi Film Foundation, applauded the collaborative efforts between NDFF and AAFT in promoting independent cinema and nurturing young filmmakers. He emphasized the importance of workshops like these in bridging the gap between grassroots storytelling and mainstream media.

Addressing the audience, Dr. Sandeep Marwah said, “It is our privilege to host filmmakers like Ranjan Kumar who bring true stories to life with sincerity and creativity. The workshop provided an insightful learning experience for the students, with Ranjan Kumar sharing his journey, challenges in the filmmaking process, and the cultural context behind Champaran Mutton. The session concluded with an interactive Q&A, where students engaged with the director on subjects ranging from scriptwriting to visual storytelling.
