New Delhi, 23rd August 2025: The Global Counter Terrorism Council (GCTC) successfully organized a high-profile National Conference on “Contribution & Potential of North East towards Viksit Bharat @ 2047” at the prestigious India Habitat Centre, New Delhi. The conference brought together policymakers, academicians, senior administrators, diplomats, security experts, and thought leaders to deliberate on the pivotal role of India’s North Eastern region in shaping the country’s future vision of a developed nation by 2047 under the leadership of Aditya Tikoo.
