International Children’s Film Forum Celebrated Girl Child Day at Marwah Studios
Noida, 24th January: The International Children’s Film Forum (ICFF), in association with the International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (ICMEI), International Women’s Film Forum, and AAFT, celebrated Girl Child Day at Marwah Studios, Film City Noida, with great enthusiasm and commitment towards empowering young girls.
Addressing the gathering, Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of AAFT, emphasized the importance of education and opportunities for girls in shaping a progressive society.
“Educating and empowering girls is not just a necessity but a responsibility. At AAFT, we ensure that our education system provides special care and support to girl students, encouraging them to dream big and achieve their aspirations,” said Dr. Marwah.
The event also highlighted the contributions of Apna School, an initiative dedicated to providing education for underprivileged children, with a strong focus on girls’ educatio n and overall development. The celebration included motivational talks. Faculty members, students, and social activists came together to pledge their support for gender equality and girl empowerment. With such initiatives, AAFT, ICMEI, and ICFF continue to advocate for a more inclusive and equitable society, ensuring that every girl gets the education and opportunities she deserves.
