BIS Marching Towards Its Goals of Preparing Standards for the Media and Entertainment Industry. Noida, 11th October 2025 — The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), under the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Government of India, continues its progressive efforts toward establishing comprehensive standards for the Media and Entertainment (M&E) Industry. As part of this initiative, Mr. Suryansh Singh, newly appointed Consultant at BIS, visited Marwah Studios to meet Dr. Sandeep Marwah, National Chairman of the Media and Entertainment Committee of BIS, and to gain a detailed understanding of the diverse segments of the industry.

During his full-day visit to Marwah Studios, Mr. Suryansh Singh interacted with various departments and teams, obtaining first-hand insights into film, television, radio, digital media, and education in the creative arts.

Dr. Sandeep Marwah, who has been leading the national committee with a vision to systematize and professionalize the fast-evolving media sector, briefed Mr. Singh on the current structure, operations, and opportunities within the Indian M&E ecosystem. He also shared his remarkable journey, including the 11 World Records he has achieved for his outstanding contributions to media and education.

A pioneer in the field, Dr. Marwah is not only the Founder of Noida Film City, but also the visionary behind Marwah Studios, AAFT University of Media and Arts, Radio Noida, and MSTV. He continues to hold key positions in several ministries, social, and professional organizations, representing India’s creative industries on national and international platforms.

The meeting marked an important step toward the BIS initiative of creating standardized frameworks for quality, ethics, and professional benchmarks across all sectors of the media and entertainment industry — a move that will further strengthen India’s global media presence.

Grand Release of “Anantata Ki Rah Par” — A Powerful Biography on Dr. Sandeep Marwah Unveiled at 11th Global Literary Festival Noida. Noida: A moment of pride and inspiration marked the 11th Global Literary Festival Noida as the much-awaited biography of Dr. Sandeep Marwah, titled “Anantata Ki Rah Par”, was grandly released amidst a gathering of distinguished authors, diplomats, and literary personalities.

Written by Ms. Shreeya Katyal, the book in Hindi beautifully captures the extraordinary journey of Dr. Sandeep Marwah — a visionary, educator, media pioneer, and global cultural ambassador — whose life continues to inspire millions across the world.

The book was formally released by an eminent panel comprising H.E. Capaya Rodriguez Gonzalez, Ambassador of Venezuela, Awadhesh Singh, Renowned Author; Arvind Mishra, Renowned Author; Pawan Mathur, Renowned Author; Sanjay Chandra, Renowned Author, Coach, Arbitrator & Strategy Consultant; ; Dr. Sushil Bharti, Festival Director, Dr. P.K. Rajput, Thought Leader & Author; and Karan Puri, Author & Digital Entrepreneur.

Noida: Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of the International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (ICMEI) and Chair of the Indo Spain Film and Cultural Forum, extended his heartiest congratulations to H.E. Noida: Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of the International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (ICMEI) and Chair of the Indo Fiji Film and Cultural Forum, extended his heartiest congratulations to His Excellency Jagannath Sami, High Commissioner of Fiji to India, and to the wonderful people of Fiji on the occasion of Fiji Day, celebrated on 10th October.

Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of ICMEI and Chair of the Indo Cuba Film and Cultural Forum, expressed his admiration for the deep cultural, artistic, and diplomatic ties between India and Cuba. “Cuba and India share a long history of friendship and solidarity. Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of ICMEI and Chair of the Indo Uganda Film and Cultural Forum, conveyed his warm wishes and highlighted the long-standing relationship between India and Uganda. “The friendship between our two nations continues to grow stronger each year. Grand Fashion Show Marks the Closing of 11th Global Literary Festival Noida 2025. Noida: The 11th Global Literary Festival Noida 2025 concluded on a spectacular note with a vibrant Fashion Show organized by the AAFT School of Fashion and Design at Marwah Studios, Film City Noida. The glamorous closing event witnessed a huge audience, tremendous excitement, and enthusiastic participation, making it one of the most memorable highlights of the festival.

The Fashion Show was inaugurated by Dr. Neeraj A. Sharma, Hon. Consul General of Palau, along with special guests Meety Bagga, Dr. Rakhi Anand, Neelam Berry, Beetika Chhabra, Parsidhi Jha, and Ankur Drabu. The evening featured eight captivating rounds, showcasing 60 innovative garments designed by 20 talented designers and presented by 18 professional models. Around 20 backstage professionals, including makeup artists, hairstylists, and technical assistants, contributed to the grand success of the show.

Each sequence reflected a unique blend of creativity, color, and craftsmanship, illustrating the diverse perspectives and imaginative potential of emerging designers from AAFT.

Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of Marwah Studios and Chair of the 11th Global Literary Festival Noida, expressed his joy over the overwhelming response, stating, “The festival has beautifully merged art, literature, and fashion under one creative roof. Noida: A special highlight of the 11th Global Literary Festival Noida 2025 was the launch of the official Festival Newsletter, unveiled during the vibrant Fashion Show at Marwah Studios, Film City Noida. The launch was graced by Dr. Neeraj A. Sharma, Hon.
