Noida: Marwah Studios recently welcomed celebrated Austrian musicians Silvia Vaterl and Mila Janevska for a special visit and performance, facilitated by the Austrian Cultural forum at the Austrian Embassy in New Delhi. The event, hosted in collaboration with the International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (ICMEI) and AAFT School of Music, aimed to promote cultural exchange and showcase the rich tradition of Austrian classical music.

Michael A Pal Director of Austrian Cultural Forum said Music transcends boundaries, creating connections between cultures and hearts. It is a universal language that unites us in moments of shared emotion and beauty.

Silvia Vaterl, an accomplished pianist, completed her studies with distinction at the Universities of Music and Performing Arts in Graz and Vienna, as well as the Berlin University of the Arts. She further refined her skills at the Royal College of Music in London and the International Academy of Music in the Principality of Liechtenstein. Vaterl holds a master’s degree and has earned numerous accolades from prestigious international competitions, including the Concours Grieg International Piano Competition (Norway), Elena Rombro-Stepanow Piano Competition (Vienna), and the International Schubert Competition for Piano Duos (Czech Republic). Her impressive achievements highlight her exceptional talent and dedication to music.

Mila Janevska, a distinguished vocalist with an honours degree in Vocal Performance from the University of Music and Performing Arts, Vienna, has worked with globally renowned artists such as Thomas Hampson, Hartmut Höll, Laura Aikin, and Cheryl Studer. Janevska has performed in numerous national and international concerts, and her repertoire includes solo performances in Macedonia, Bulgaria, Montenegro, and Russia. She has been recognized for her outstanding contributions to vocal performance, winning several prestigious awards.

Noida: A group of enthusiastic students from Indrapuram Public School recently visited Marwah Studios as part of an insightful study tour at Noida Film City. The visit aimed to provide the young students with a glimpse into the dynamic world of media and entertainment.

During their visit, the students were exposed to various facilities at Marwah Studios, including the radio station, television station, and film screening areas. The tour also featured discussions with counselors, who introduced them to the diverse range of courses available at the Asian Academy of Film & Television (AAFT), helping the students gain a deeper understanding of the media industry.

To mark the occasion, a special poster honoring the life and sacrifices of Bhagat Singh was unveiled. Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of ICMEI and Chancellor of AAFT University, led the celebrations with a heartfelt tribute to the revolutionary leader.

Sandeep Marwah Attends ‘Live Love Laugh Shaan Se’ Musical Show at Dublin

Dublin, Ireland: Dr. Sandeep Marwah, Chancellor of AAFT University and founder of Noida Film City, was a special invitee at the musical extravaganza titled ‘Live Love Laugh Shaan Se,’ performed by renowned Indian singer Shaan and his team at the Convention Centre Dublin (CCD). The show was part of the celebrations marking the 15th edition of the Indian Film Festival of Ireland (IFFI).

Noida, India – October 2024: The 10th Global Literary Festival Noida 2024 witnessed a moving and impactful performance by the students of the Asian Academy of Film and Television (AAFT) through a thought-provoking Nukkad Natak (street play). Held on the sidelines of the festival, the play shed light on some of the most pressing social issues plaguing modern society, leaving a deep and lasting impression on the audience.

The Nukkad Natak addressed multiple layers of societal challenges, including mental illnesssociety’s pressure on individualssexual harassment, the overburden of educationunrealistic expectations from family members, and the emotional struggles in love and marital relationships. Each theme was sensitively portrayed, capturing the audience’s attention and emotions.
