Grand Launch of Musical Television Series “Mati Ke Lal Superstar” at Marwah Studios Noida: A vibrant and culturally rich musical television series “Mati Ke Lal Superstar”, dedicated to promoting Bhojpuri and traditional folk music (Lokgeet), was officially launched at Marwah Studios, Film City Noida. The event marked the beginning of an exciting singing competition and audition program aimed at discovering fresh talent from across the country.

The show is being produced by Abhay Sinha under the banner of Yashi Films Pvt Ltd. A prominent name in the Indian entertainment industry, Abhay Sinha is the President of the Film Federation of India and has an illustrious career, having produced more than 150 films in multiple languages including Bhojpuri and Marathi.

Speaking on the occasion, Sandeep Marwah, President of Marwah Studios and Chancellor of AAFT University, expressed his enthusiasm for the initiative. He emphasized the importance of preserving and promoting regional music and culture through platforms like “Mati Ke Lal Superstar”. He appreciated the efforts of the organizers in bringing forward a concept that celebrates the roots of Indian tradition.

Students from the AAFT School of Music actively participated in the auditions, showcasing their talent and passion for singing. The entire audition process was efficiently managed by the AAFT School of Cinema, providing students with valuable practical exposure in handling live production and event management.

The launch witnessed an energetic atmosphere filled with music, creativity, and cultural pride. “Mati Ke Lal Superstar” is expected to become a significant platform for aspiring singers, especially those rooted in folk traditions, to gain recognition at a national level. The initiative once again highlights Marwah Studios’ commitment to nurturing talent and promoting Indian art and culture on global platforms.
