International Women’s Film Forum, a newly constituted body by Marwah Studios under Asian Society of Film And Television decided to honor the prominent ladies of the nation with the life membership of the organization said Sandeep Marwah President of the Society at Noida Film City.
A well known singer and professor in Acting Padmashri Prof. Rita Ganguly was honored at Marwah Studios by Sandeep Marwah for her sincere contribution towards art and culture of India. She is the disciple of Begum Akhtar and has performed enormous shows all over the country and abroad. She is also a visiting professor at AAFT & National School of Drama.
She was invited for a talk on Radio Noida 107.4 FM, the first Radio Station of Noida to express her views for a series of program started at station to highlight women in India.

“An International institute like AAFT needs international visitors to raise its level of education and training. India is proud of the success of AAFT” said H.E. Mahesh Sachdev Indian Ambassador to Nigeria & Niger inaugurating the 79th batch of Asian Academy of Film And Television at Noida Film City.
“100 seats in all disciplines of media are selected out of 4000 students apply for admission to AAFT every time. The institute has attracted students from 92 countries of the World so far” informed Sandeep Marwah President of AAFT.

. Laxmin Thakur Singhla, Member, Advisor Forum, Ministry of Chemical & Fertilizers, Govt. of India expressed her desire to be at AAFT once again to understand the activities of AAFT.

“Strength lies in Unity, Prosperity increases in Unity. There is an European union, which has changed the face of Europe. If we are able to create an Asian Union, that will change the face of Asia in all fields: economic, social, strategic and finally in the political arena” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios as the opening remarks at the seminar on Asian Union at Noida Film City.
“In Europe they began with 6 countries; gradually they became 9, then 12 , then 15,then 27 Now more countries are waiting anxiously to join. In Asia, also we can begin with 5 or 6 countries. Others will follow automatically” added J.S.Saluja of Association of Asian Union.
“There will be a new environment of peace with vigor, and tremendous hope of prosperity. Peace and prosperity in Asia will make a remarkable contribution to peace and prosperity in the world. All Asians and all friends of Asia are invited to join this noble cause” said R.K.Singh Vice President Asian Education Group.
The “Association for Asian Union”(AAU) is an NGO devoted to the cause of peace and prosperity in the world by focusing on the cause of Asian unity. It was founded in 2001 by former Ambassador and Professor of Political Science, Dr. Beni Prasad Agarwal IFS and other like-minded intellectuals. The AAU has been organizing Conferences, Seminars etc and contacting Asian intellectuals and Governments to promote its goals. The AAU has decided to commemorate the 2nd of April as “Asian Unity Day” every year.

“Sandeep Marwah is like Saint Peter and Saint Paul of Christianity who took the initiative in spreading Christianity introduced by Jesus” added Beni Prasad declaring his name for an International Award by Association For Asian Union which he started 12 years back.
The seminar on Asian Union attended by large people belonging to Indian Sports And Cultural Society, International Human Rights Organization, Association of Asian Union, Asian Education Group and Marwah Studios.

Sandeep Marwah was honored by Elio Di Rupa President of FIFA for his extra ordinary contribution to the field of film, television and Media at 26th Festival International Du Film D’ Amour at Mons Belgium where he was also the member of the jury along with Thomas Gilou, Chantal Lauby, Melanie Bernier, Sara Martin and Noemie Elbaz from France, Idrissa Ouedraogo from Burkina Faso, Maria Dinulescu from Romania, Rashid Masharwi from Palestine, Renato Berta from Switzerland, Sandra Ceccarelli from Italy and Khaled Abou El Naga from Egypt.

Prof. R.K.Singh read the message of Ban Ki Moon, Secretary General of United Nation immediate after the formal inauguration of the seminar by Satyendra Garg IPS Inspector General of Police who made the house aware of road accidents and other related problems supported by well designed presentation and statistics.
Later Anil Shukla Additional Commissioner of Police (Traffic) explained the use of Information and communication technologies in traffic. “We have created a World Record. AAFT is the only festival touching 78th Edition, only festival which happens four times in a year, where 1800 films have been shown, where 1100 directors and technical teams from 90 countries got the opportunity to showcase their debut films” narrated Sandeep Marwah President of the festival with the opening remark.
“Today I am in Noida after 28 years, from barren land to city of hopes, let me give credit of this massive change to Sandeep Marwah who has turned the table even in tough circumstances” added Jos De Clercq, first Secretary Trade and Investments Embassy of Belgium in New Delhi.
“I would love to have another show of meaningful short films” said Aruna Sethi Chairperson of Women’s Committee and life Style Committee of IACC. The festival has screened more than 25 films of different genre and by different directors of 78th batch. Indo American Chamber of Commerce was the event partner of the festival.
