IFTRC Join Hands With Global Festival of Journalism Noida 2013

The first ever festival of journalism in Asia and second in the World has been very well received by the journalistic community all over the World. More than 60,000 media persons have been invited from all over the World to get involved with this unique and first festival of journalism in Asia.
The Global Festival of Journalism 2013 has been conceived and designed by internationally renowned media person Sandeep Marwah who has also declared 12th February as the International Day of Journalism.
International Film And Television Research Centre which is deeply into journalism research and especially electronic media has also joined hands with the Global Festival of Journalism Noida 2013.
IFTRC-Noida has been the centre for all journalistic activities. Hundreds of news papers and all news channels are part of Noida Film City that is why we opted, on the suggestion of IFTRC, this Place said Sandeep Marwah.

International Day of Journalism Celebration on 12th February

International Day of Journalism will be celebrated with great pomp and show on 12th February at Noida Film City with the launching of first ever Global Festival of Journalism in whole of Asia.
Many National and International Organizations have given their consent to be part of this international event to be organized by the Asian Education Group consisting of AAFT Asian Academy of Film And Television, ABS Asian Business School, ASMS Asian School of Media Studies, ASPA Asian School of Performing Arts, ASGA Asian School of Graphics and Animation and ASC Asian School of Communication having 42 journalism courses.
Asian Education Group, a family of 10,000 media professionals will propagate this International event which is directly connected to the cause of Journalism informed Sandeep Marwah.

International Day of Journalism Starts with Carnival on 12th Feb

12th February is going to be the International Day of Journalism to be celebrated with the opening of Global Festival of Journalism at Noida first time in Asia and second time in the World.
An international level carnival has been designed to celebrate the journalism, one of the oldest profession on earth. International organizations, national forums and agencies, government and private bodies will participate in this great valuable event.
“It will be a wonderful start of festival on journalism where professionals, students and people from media industry can take part. We have decided to include Print, Radio, Television, Cinema, New Media and education related to journalism in this pageant” said Sandeep Marwah President of the Festival.

Radio Noida Will Participate In Global Festival of Journalism

“Three days have been totally blocked by Radio Noida from 12th to 14th February to celebrate and broadcast all the happenings of International Day of Journalism and followed by two days festive” informed Sandeep Marwah President of Global Festival of Journalism Noida 2013.
“We are ready to highlight this mega event happening for the first time in Asia. It is a privilege to get associated with GFJN 2013” added Braham Prakash of Radio Noida.
Radio Noida 107.4FM will go live for three days at Global Festival of Journalism Noida 2013 covering all the events during these three days including workshops, seminars, shows, panel discussions etc.
Large number of journalists from print, radio, television and new media will be there to share their experience.

AAFT Is the Part of Global Festival of Journalism Noida

Asian Academy of Film And Television a twenty year old film, television and media school conducting journalism courses is the part and parcel of Global Festival of Journalism Noida 2013 said Dean AAFT.

“We have been in education and conducting journalism courses since twenty years and school has produced some of the finest journalist in the country including the Information and Broadcasting Minister of India Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi” said Prof. Harshvardhan Course Director of AAFT.
I will request the president of the festival Dr. Sandeep Marwah to consider Mukhtar Abbas as the Brand Ambassador of the festival who has brought the name of the journalism department to international level added Harshvardhan.

Indo Wales Creative Forum Supports Global Festival of Journalism

The concept of International Day of Journalism to be celebrated on 12th February is been very well accepted by the members of Indo Wales Creative Forum IWCF along with Global Festival of Journalism Noida 2013.

International Children’s Film Forum a body totally involved in the promotion of children’s Cinema and care of unprivileged children and also maintaining 10 different branches of Apna School in Noida has joined hands with Global Festival of Journalism Noida 2013.
International Children’s Film Forum will bring all those issues on the table of festival which are concerned with the children and journalism. ICCF believes that journalists have to be very conscious while covering issues of children in print, radio, television or new media.
ICCF which is working hand in hand with Children’s Film Society of India, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India will bring in new input for discussion in the field of journalism.
