Pandit Ravi Shankar Remembered At Marwah Studios

The legendary musician maestro, Pandit Ravi Shankar, sadly passed away in San Diego on Tuesday (December 11, 2012). He was at the age of his 92, and breathed his last breath at 4.30 pm informed Sandeep Marwah to all the media students at Marwah Studios. Two minute silence was observed in the auditorium to mark respect to the doyen of music.
The genius of sitar, who could be called as India’s musical ambassador, was responsible for making Indian classical music popular in the West. He worked together in the company of several international artists, including George Harrison of ‘The Beatles’, which acquired him recognition and admiration all over the world.
Dr. Shobha Dean Asian School of Media Studies and film maker and Vice President International Film And Television Club Ashok Tyagi was also present there.

‘Mera Gharondha Mera Uppavan’ a Real Estate Expo 2013 has been announced by ASM-a unit of Ananya Sports Management Pvt. Ltd in association with MSEC on 25th to 27th January 2013 at Dilli Haat Pitampura for the benefit of residents and builders of Delhi and suburbs.

National Cooperative Agricultural & Rural Development Banks Federation has join hands with World Peace Development And Research Foundation for the international conference on cooperative movement in India and peace making informed Sandeep Marwah President of WPDRF.
National Cooperative Agriculture & Rural Development Banks’ Federation Ltd is the apex level organization of Agriculture & Rural Development Banks of the sector. The Federation was set up in 1960 & is administered under the Multi-State Cooperative Societies Act, 2002.
The long term cooperative credit structure consists of the State Cooperative Agriculture & Rural Development Banks (SCARDBs) and Primary Cooperative Agriculture & Rural Development Banks (PCARDBs) which are affiliated to the SCARDBs. The total No. of SCARDB’s are 19; of which 10 have Federal Structure, 7 have Unitary Structure and 2 have Mixed Structure.
