Sandeep Marwah emphasized on the unity of all the cast and creed, religions and different segments of the community. Dr. Yoganand Shastri former Speaker Delhi Vidhan Sabha, Ashok Sahota National President NBS, Virender Aggarwal National Secretary NBS also spoke on the occasion.

Newbie Ridhima Sud is all set to star in Zoya Akhtar’s next venture Dil Dhadakne Do which stars Bollywood big names like Priyanka Chopra, Ranveer Singh, Farhan Akhtar, Anushka Sharma, Anil Kapoor and Shefali Shah.

The excited actress who seemed to have bagged a dream debut with an ensemble cast and a talented director, says, “I am really excited for the opportunity to work with some of the biggest names in Bollywood. They are such fine actors and it’s a huge honour to work with them at the start of my career.”

This may be her big break into Bollywood, but she isn’t new to films. She has been a part of some international projects like Ballad of Rustom, which made it to the contenders list of the ‘Best Picture’ category at the 86th Academy awards and Kajarya, which was voted by Forbes India as the top film to watch in 2014.

So what took her so long to enter mainstream Bollywood? She says, “I was waiting for an exciting project to come along which had the right mix of producer, director, script and actors involved. When Zoya offered me this role, I simply couldn’t miss it for anything.”

Never it should happen again. Lets talk about peace in this World” initiated Sandeep Marwah Ambassador of Peace and President of WPDRF.

A program under the banner World Peace Development And Research Foundation was organized at Marwah Studios to include the students of ASMS and AAFT to appoint them as the Young Peace Ambassadors.

Sushant Behura National Media Advisor Brahma Kumari Organization,Monk Budhimanta President of ISKCON Noida, Tenzin Lekshay Media Coordinator of His Holiness Dalai Lama and Dr. A. K. Srivastava Director ASMS spoke on Peace.

Later Sandeep Marwah honored all the guests with the Life Membership of World Peace Development And Research Foundation. The groups present from ISKCON and Dalai Lama Organization conducted few formal prayers. Harshvardhan and Chandrakant Patil Kharare read the messages received by WPDRF from all over the World.

World Day against Trafficking in Persons Observed at WPDRF

At any given time, an estimated 2.5 million people are trapped in modern-day slavery. Men, women and children fall into the hands of traffickers both in their own countries and abroad. Every country in the world is affected by human trafficking, whether as a country of origin, transit or destination for victims. Slavery, in both its ancient and modern forms, is not only shameful, it is as the abolitionist” said Sandeep Marwah Ambassador of International Human Rights Organization AND PRESIDENT WPDRF.

In 2010, the General Assembly adopted the Global Plan of Action to Combat Trafficking in Persons, urging Governments worldwide to take coordinated and consistent measures to defeat this scourge.

In 2013, the General Assembly held a high-level meeting to appraise the Global Plan of Action. Member States also adopted resolution and designated July 30 as the World Day against Trafficking in Persons. This resolution declared that such a day was necessary to “raise awareness of the situation of victims of human trafficking and for the promotion and protection of their rights”.

To celebrate the mystical connection of human emotions and films, International Film and Television Club (IFTC), a constituent of Marwah Studios in collaboration with Ministry of Information and Broadcasting & Film Federation of India welcomes you to 5th Global Film Festival, NCR- 2012 (100 Years Of Indian Cinema) scheduled to be held from to 5th November 2012 at Marwah Studios Complex, Film City, Noida.

Global Film Festival is North India’s only festival to be of such high magnitude. Our previous editions speak volumes about the success of the festival. The first one was devoted to films on the theme of Peace & Spirituality, the second on documentary films and the third on Children’s films and fourth on Feature Films where our record was screening of 227 Films in 9 segments, 42 Events and 5000 Footfall in 3 days. 4 th Global Film Festival brought 7000 people to the festival campus to see 300 films in different categories supported by 48 Events rated as one of the most happening festivals of the world. These festivals were received extremely well by the audience and media alike, propelling us to mount the 5th Film Festival on a much larger and ambitious scale, with the theme – 100 Years Of Indian Cinema.

The 5th Global Film festival will be screening around 300 Films in 10 segments with Workshops, Seminars, Exhibitions, Book Releases, Daily Bulletins, Luncheon Meetings, Press Conferences, Entertainment Programmes, Gala Dinners, Film Market, Film Launches, Film Premiers, Formal Inauguration and Award Functions.
