Marwah Studios Attracted Educationist From Abroad

34 delegates from Kabul University, Nangarhar University, University of Nebraska US &University of Arizona visited Marwah Studios at Noida Film City recently to mark respect to the most prominent mass communication educational centers of the World as a part of their international studies.

The group was consisting of Professors/Heads of School from departments of Mass Communication &Journalism/Professional Photography/Political Economy. They educationist were overwhelmed at the expanse of the studios growth and achievements and its status in the global market.

“It is rare to see all the mediums of media under one roof including fashion and events at such a high scale” said the group leader. One day tour was conducted by Dr. Shobha Director Asian School of Media Studies. Every member of the delegation was honored with the participation certificate.

82nd Batch of AAFT Launched From Marwah Studios

“Whenever the sum total comes to ONE the batch of trainees are bound to do well in life that is I am sure off” said Sandeep Marwah President of Asian Academy of Film And Television opening the 82nd session of trainees at Marwah Studios.

Like every time students have been enrolled from all over India and abroad.”We are number one in the country as far as foreign enrolment is concerned. In last twenty one years of education we have attracted students from 94 countries of the World” expressed Marwah confidently praising the level of education at AAFT.

“We have been rated one of the first ten best film schools of the World” added Dean of AAFT. The dice was also shared by Prof Satish Anand, Prof. Rajinder Gandhi.

International Festival of Cellphone Cinema Invited Entries

7th International Festival of Cellphone Cinema fixed for 28th January 2014 has announced participation of all young film makers to come forward and submit their entries in different formats of film making.

“The festival has taken a bigger and better shape with the launching of 7th Edition this year, we are expecting large entries from all over the World’ said Sandeep Marwah President of International Film And Television Club.

The intimation has been sent across to all the schools, colleges and other institutions along with film makers to participate in the festival whole heartedly.

Last date of the submission is 26th January. Films can be uploaded to internet and can be sent by email also including sending of CDs and DVDs.

Dr Goswami Appointed Chairperson for IFTRC

Dr.V.K.Goswami Phd Indian Institute of Technology kharakpur, MS from University of Wisconsin USA, post Doctorate Fellow at the university of Illinois Chicago USA has been nominated as the Chairperson of International Film And Television Research Centre of Marwah Studios.

International Film And Television Research Centre was started by Sandeep Marwah of Asian Academy of Film And Television to give value addition to the media education. It is the first ever film and TV research centre in India in private sector with its own publication department.

“I am pleased to be the Chairperson of 22 year old research centre. Research has been my subject for almost 50 years of my education and career. I am sure I will be able to contribute to this organization to my best” said Dr. V.K. Goswami.

“IFTRC will get new light under the leadership of Dr. V.K.Goswami and we will bring a revolution in media education and training” said Sandeep Marwah President Marwah Studios.

R.Roshan Baig Invited Marwah to Develop Film City in Karnataka

“We would love mark the visit of Hon’able Minister R.Roshan Baig and for the trust he has shown in our work at Noida Film City” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios while handing over life membership of International Film And Television Club of AAFT.
“We have experience of 25 years of designing and execution of film city since the inception of Noida Film City. We would love to be part of Bangalore film city in Karnataka” added Marwah.

“I invite Sandeep Marwah to be part of Bangalore Film City and I am sure his experience will be fruitful in developing our dream project” said R. Roshan Baig Minister for Infrastructure Development, Information and Haj, Government of Karnataka.

The minister was visiting Noida Film City with Gireesha L.P. Deputy Director Karnataka Information Centre, N.R. Vishukumar, Director of Information and R.K.Shivaram Joint Director, Department of Information Administration and films.

Team of Feature Film Fugly at Marwah Studios

“Kabir Sadanand has been an actor and he knows well how to persuade actors to give their best” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios while introducing the director of the feature film Fugly.

“I am back home, this my place of origin, I have learned a lot from AAFT-my alma matter. I extent my gratitude to my film school” said Mohit Marwah one of the four main artist present on the stage.

“I am happy the film is going to leave a message for the audience” added Vijender Singh. “We all are new and we have putin our best in the film” said Kiara Advani the leading lady of the film.

We want you to see the film on 13th June at your nearest theatre, you will sure like our efforts” said Arfi Lamba. “Film has been out of our life. It has emotions, sensation, drama, reality and it is an entertainment” said Kabir Sadanand director of the film.

FUGLY has been produced by Akshay Kumar and Ashwani Yardi. Later Sandeep Marwah honored the team with life membership of International Film And Television Club of AAFT.

Marwah Presented Charter to Ambassador of India in Senegal

“We have finalized 13 important things under the banner of Marwah Studios in relation to Indo Senegal Film And Cultural Association to develop and promote relation between two countries” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios while handing over the charter of programs designed”

“I welcome the visit of Sandeep Marwah to Senegal. His visit has given ample to the people of Senegal related to films and culture to work through out the year, be it a newspaper, radio, television, events or film and television training” said H.E. Partha Sathpathy Ambassador of India to Senegal.

Marwah Studios has prepared the list of 13 items, which have been announced on different occasions during the visit of Sandeep Marwah. The charter includes film and TV training at subsidized fee, a scholarship, radio and television broadcasts and a joint venture in producing cinema.

State Guest From India Sandeep Marwah Visited Goree Islands

Dakar: Visit to The House of Slaves and its Door of No Return at Gorée Island was the part of the program of Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios, the State Guest of Government of Senegal from India.

The Maison des Esclaves is a central part of the Gorée Island UNESCO World Heritage site, named in 1978, and a major draw for foreign tourists to Senegal. Only 20 minutes by ferry from the city centre of Dakar, 200,000 visitors a year pass through the Museum here.

World leaders include the Pope John Paul II, President of the United States Bill Clinton, President South Africa Nelson Mandela have all made high profile stops. On June 27, 2013, U.S. President Barack Obama with First Lady Michelle Obama also visited “The Door of No Return.

“I am touched and feeling emotionally week by the ruthlessness hammered on the last generations here at Goree Island. I will pray that nothing like this ever prevailed in the world now” said Marwah at the conference with Eloi COLY Curator of House of Slaves and site manager Goree.

Sandeep Marwah Invited at African Renaissance Monument at Dakar

Dakar: “My trip to Dakar would have been incomplete, if I would have not visited the African Renaissance Monument. I wish people of Senegal a perfect family life” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios on the state visit to Senegal.

The African Renaissance Monument is a 49m tall bronze statue located on top of one of the twin hills known as Collines des Mamelles, outside of Dakar, Senegal. Built overlooking the Atlantic Ocean in the Ouakam suburb, the statue was designed by the Senegalese architect Pierre Goudiaby after an idea presented by president Abdoulaye Wade and built by Mansudae Overseas Projects, a company from North Korea.

“We offer Sandeep Marwah a full cooperation in his venture if any film on Senegal includes this prestigious monument” thanked Abdel Kader Fall the administrator of African Renaissance Monument.

Sandeep was accompanied by Reena Marwah, Abhinav Bajpai, O.P.Meena, Hugues DIAZ and Modibo Diawara to the monument.

A one hour live program was conducted at the 2STV-the first private TV channel of Senegal on the state visit of Sandeep Marwah to highlight Indo Senegal Film and Cultural Association which has been formed by the Ministry of Culture, Government of Senegal and Asian Society of Film And Television of Marwah Studios of India.
