International Mother Language Day Celebrated at Marwah Studios

Languages are the most powerful instruments of preserving and developing our tangible and intangible heritage” said Sandeep Marwah President World Peace Development And Research Foundation & Ambassador of IHRO on the International Mother Language Day Celebrated at Marwah Studios.

All moves to promote the dissemination of mother tongues will serve not only to encourage linguistic diversity and multilingual education but also to develop fuller awareness of linguistic and cultural traditions throughout the world and to inspire solidarity based on understanding, tolerance and dialogue” added Marwah while addressing the media persons.

International Mother Language Day was proclaimed by the General Conference of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) in November 1999.

International Women’s film forum Honored Sanjana Kalra

Marwah Studios has created an organization under the name and banner of International Women’s film Forum to promote women in films, television and media. The other aim is to provide women a stronger and powerful position in the society.

Some of the women who have done very well in their professions and created a niche for themselves have been honored by Asian Society of Film And Television recently including Sanjana Kalra, the executive Director of International Polytechnic for Women, Delhi.

Sanjana Kalra has been in education for 25 years and has trained hundreds of students in different career oriented & professional courses. She has been recipient of many other awards also. “We are proud to be associated with an educationist like Sanjana Kalra” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios while handing over the membership of International Women’s Film Forum.

ICFF Promotes Dance and Music Performers

International Children’s Film Forum of Marwah Studios has planned a national music and dance competition for the young students so that the winners can be promoted to the highest level.
The second edition of program today started at Marwah Studios under the banner Rising Star and supervision and direction of Deepak Dubey who has planned series of competition in Delhi in different districts.

“God has given us enough talent to use for good purposes, let us use our energy to give our best for the promotion of art and culture which brings peace into the society” said Sandeep Marwah inaugurating the competition.

Kathak Guru Jitendera, Kathak exponent Nalini, Veteran Journalist Anuranjan Jha and Anil Pandey, Jewelry designer Shalini Arora Kochar , film & TV actress Rajshree Seem and All India Radio producer Poonam Sareen were also present there. More than 100 students took part in the competition.

The New Man On The Block: Mohit Marwah

Meet the dashing Bollywood actor Mohit Marwah, nephew of Boney , Sanjay & Anil Kapoor.

After graduating from The Lee Strasberg Acting School in New York & AAFT Noida Film City , he is now all set to make his acting debut with Grazing Goat Production’s ‘Fugly’ as main lead. The film, which is a light hearted socio-political thriller, has been directed by Kabir Sadanand and produced by Akshay Kumar & Ashwini Yardi.

Previously Mohit has acted in Karan Johar’s production, Strangers in the Night a 14 minutes short film . Mohit is also the 1st cousin of Actor Sonam Kapoor & Arjun Kapoor.

The movie Fugly also stars Vijender Singh , Arfi Lamba , Jimmy Sherigil & Kiara Advani and is set to release on the 13th June 2014 in cinemas near you.

Sandeep Marwah Inaugurated Painting Exhibition at Triveni

“Painting is the best way to express your thinking and emotions. It adds to the development of art and culture and creates an unmatchable closeness and bonding within people” said Sandeep Marwah an international media personality and President of Marwah Studios on the inauguration of a large painting exhibition at Shridharni Art Gallery at Triveni Kala Sangam at New Delhi.

The exhibition was dedicated to Thomas Ganborough, the great master of Europe. 31 artists took part in this group show including Manish Pushkale, Hemraj, Vijender Sharma, Fida Khanand, Adittee Garg and Sujan Biswas.

Sumita Dass, Aarti Upadhyay and Anamika Yaduvanshi were the other guest. Kanchan Chander, Sangeeta Gupta and Kiran Soni Gupta were on the jury to select the best piece of art.

Rafique Shah, Alpana Kataria, Alka Bhrushundi, Anuradha Srin Khurana, Bani Pershad, Devi A Shrimali, Honey Gupta, Lipsa Patnaik Mohanty, Mansha Bedi, Nishi Nitya, Poonam Rana, Prabuddha Ghosh, Rajni Rekha, Richa Gupta, Rajaswi Zaveri, Sarbari Roy Choudhary, Shagun Mohindra, Shanivi Sadana, Sasmita Mishra Sahu, Shivani Mathur, Sunita Wadhawan, Bhawna and Neeta Srivastava displayed their paintings.

The show was curated by Lakshya Deorha and presented by Iqbal Krishan and Rekha Gurtu under the banner of Arts Unlimited. The show will remain open for full week.

Sandeep Marwah Will Inaugurate Hungarian Film Festival

Internationally renowned Indian Film maker and five times World Record Holder Sandeep Marwah has been invited by the Hungarian Film Festival to inaugurate the 11th edition of the festival in North East of Hungary in the month of September informed Edit Osko the messenger of Jamesons Cinefest Miskolc International Film Festival flown from Hungary to invite Marwah.
Sandeep Marwah has been representing India in number of occasions at different film festival of the World. Producer of largest number of short films and trainer to 12000 film, TV and media professionals from 94 countries of the World Marwah has been requested to take master class and be on the international jury at the festival.

Jamesons CineFest Miskolc International Film Festival is dedicated to young film makers all over the World in four categories long features, short, documentary and animation. Film makers under the age of 35 can apply for the competition invited Tibor Biro the director of the festival.

Sandeep Marwah Spoke on International Family Day

“The International Day of Families is observed on the 15th of May every year. The Day was proclaimed by the UN General Assembly in 1993 and reflects the importance the international community attaches to families” informed Sandeep Marwah Ambassador of International Human Rights Organization affiliated to United Nations at Noida Film City.
The International Day provides an opportunity to promote awareness of issues relating to families and to increase knowledge of the social, economic and demographic processes affecting families.

The International Day of Families in 2014 marks the twentieth anniversary of the International Year of the Family and offers an opportunity to refocus on the role of families in development; take stock of recent trends in family policy development; share good practices in family policy making; review challenges faced by families worldwide and recommend solutions.

NFTC Facilitates Abhyankar President of NAFCUB

NFTC Will Open Office in Indore-Sandeep Marwah

Indore: “Indore is the commercial capital of Madya Pradesh, the biggest city of MP and 14th biggest city of the country. I am pleased to see the progress of the city in last few years” said Sandeep Marwah Managing Director of National Federation of Tourism And Transport Cooperatives of India Limited in a press conference at Indore.
“We will soon open office of NFTC at Indore as it is center of the country and will help us in promoting the activities of the federation in much smoother ways” added Marwah who was there at Indore to inaugurate the Fashion Show organized by SDPS Women’s College.

It was a well prepared fashion show by the students of fashion department of SDPS Women’s college who showcased their creativity through this event in nine different segments. “It was not only difficult but complicated to finalize the awards as all were so close to best’ said Meher Casteline former Miss India.

Sandeep Marwah was especially flown from Delhi and Meher casteline from Mumbai to judge the show. Vijaya Sojatia Secretary SDPS Women’s College welcomed all the dignities. Col. P. Mazumdar Director SDPS managed the show and Hemant Kushik principal conducted the show.
