Sandeep Marwah Honored For Bringing Peace And Love

Savitri Foundation honored Sandeep Marwah with their appreciation on the completion of 80 years of playback singing in Indian Cinema. Padamshri Anandji V. Shah renowned Music Director of Kalyanji Anandji duo was the chief guest of the function.

Media Training of 88th Batch of AAFT Commenced

Noida: “There are not much organizations in media which all have touched 88th edition of their works. We are lucky we are marching towards Century of AAFT courses,” said Sandeep Marwah President AAFT at the first day of 88th batch of trainees at Marwah Studio at Noida Film City.

“Asian Academy of Film And Television has proved to the World that good training can produce good talent for film and television industry. The alumni of any institution are the proof of quality of education,” Marwah added while talking to the young batch.

Punctuality and regularity are the key to success said Dean of AAFT. Associate Dean, Dean Acting Prof. Satish Anand, HOD Sound Prof Rajinder Gandhi, HOD Cinematography Prof. K.K.Wadhwa, HOD Acting Prof. Adil Rana and Yudhveer Dhayia were also present there.

NFTC Will Study on London Tourism Industry

London’s bus network is one of the largest in the world, running 24 hours a day, with about 8,500 buses, more than 700 bus routes and around 19,500 bus stops. In 2013, the network had more than 2 billion commuter trips per annum, more than the Underground.

“We will soon prepare a study report on the tourism and transport of London so that we can guide the ministry back home,” confirmed Marwah.

Sandeep Marwah Announced 162 International Short Films

London: On the completion of 25 years of Marwah Studios, the President Sandeep Marwah has announced the launching of 162 international short films with directors of 162 countries of the World. First time in the history of entertainment industry some thing like that has been declared.

Sandeep Marwah is the producer of largest number of short films in the World. He has already given an opportunity to around 2300 young film directors and around 9000 artists and technicians from different parts of the Globe.

“I am passionate about producing short films. Not only that I love to give opportunity to young filmmakers who are looking for an entry into film industry, I feel It is the most crucial time of the film maker when he wants to do something but not many people come forward to help them” said Sandeep Marwah five times World Record Holder in Media at a press meet at Hotel Mayfair at London.

“Being the President of International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry I feel obliged to announce this facility from London office itself,” added Marwah.

“I will also be fulfilling my responsibility towards National Tourism And Transport Cooperatives of India Limited by providing all shooting facilities on the Indian soil and adding on to film tourism” Marwah said as Managing Director of NFTC.

AAFT-Asian Academy of Film And Television that has been an international seat of learning will be supporting this mission. IFTC-International Film And Television Club will be showcasing these films in a special festival. All these films will be part of IFTRC- International Film And Television Research Centre.

IPBF-International Public Broadcasting Forum will telecast these films. Films on Women and Children will take care by IWFF- International Women’s Film Forum and ICFF- International Children’s Film Forum respectively.

Marwah Films And Video Production will sponsor these films and will provide all modalities of pre-production, production and postproduction of films.

87th Convocation Ceremony at AAFT

Noida: The Asian Academy of Film &Television celebrated a convocation ceremony for the students of 87th batch on Monday, July 6th, 2015. The ceremony was held at Marwah Studio.

A total of 84 students were hooded during the ceremony. All students across the divisions participated in the ceremony, at which Dean of AAFT conferred degrees to candidates and wished for their successful career. Several students received special recognition for attaining highest grades.

Addressing the gathering, AAFT dean said, “that it is a proud moment for the teaching faculty that its students were on the threshold of beginning a new life”. Mohd. Saleem Saifi, a passout of AAFT was present as a Guest of Honor. He had a successful stint with Aajtak as an anchor and now owns a Studio called ‘Big Studio’. Rajinder Singh, a Senior Video Journalist with CNBC and alumni of AAFT was also present as a guest of honor.

The students put out their sentiments, thanked their teachers and acknowledged that they owed their career and success to their mentors at AAFT.

Sandeep Marwah Spoke on International Day of Cooperatives

Las Vegas: “The aim of this International Day is to: Increase awareness on cooperatives; Highlight the complementarily of the goals and objectives of the United Nations and the international cooperative movement; Underscore the contribution of the movement to the resolution of the major problems addressed by the United Nations” said Sandeep Marwah Managing Director of National Federation of Tourism And Transport Cooperatives of India Limited in a meeting at Hotel Encore at Las Vegas during his visit to USA.

“he other aim is to strengthen and extend partnerships between the international cooperative movement and other actors, including governments, at local, national and international levels” added Marwah who is also Ambassador of International Human Rights Association affiliated to United Nations.

This year, International Co-operative Day celebrated on 4 July, had the theme of “Choose co-operative, choose equality”.

The co-operative movement presents a unique combination of global reach and needs-based business conduct. Play an important role in poverty reduction by widening ownership and by giving people a voice, both inside their organizations and in society as a whole.

“In this crucially important year in which the world will commit itself to an inspiring new development agenda, including a set of sustainable development goals, let us recommit to the cooperative business model and use its many benefits to fulfil our vision of a life of dignity for all.” Marwah also read the message of Ban Ki Moon the Secretary General of United Nations.
