“It is a matter of great pride that our Chairperson for Entertainment & Media Committee Sandeep Marwah has again been nominated as the Chairperson of Indo South Africa Film Association” said Suman Jyoti Khaitan President of PHDCCI during the last meeting of management committee of PHD Chamber of Commerce for the year 2013.

The Association has been framed and constituted by the Government of South Africa by the Trade and Industry Minister H.E. Elizabeth Thabethe who was here in New Delhi with her delegation as the guest of honor to inaugurate the International Trade Fair at Pragati Maidan on 14th November, 2013 along with H.E. Pranab Mukherjee the President of India as Chief Guest. South Africa was the focus country in the Trade Fair for the second time.

“I am thankful to PHDCCI for their complete support throughout the year that we could achieve a lot for the industry” expressed Sandeep Marwah in the presence of august audience. The houseful of management committee members congratulated Marwah for his success including Senior Vice President Sharad Jaipuria, Vice President Alok B Sriram.

The Entertainment And Media Committee of PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry-PHDCCI has agreed to be the partners with the biggest film festival of North India 6th Global Film Festival Noida to be held from 11th to 13th November at Film City Noida informed Yogesh Srivastava Secretary of the Committee.

Saurab Sanyal the Executive Director of PHD will inform all the members to participate in 6th GFFN 2013 designed for three days. The authorities have requested Suman Jyoti Khaitan President of PHD to be part of the inauguration function also.

We have extended the size of the festival to much larger scale, bigger than many established other international festivals. This time also we have planned 52 film events in 3 days said Sandeep Marwah President of 6th GFFN 2013.

Fifteen years Sheila Dixit has been Chief Minister of Delhi, and the state has seen a remarkable progress in all these years” initiated Suman Jyoti Khaitan President of PHD Chamber of Commerce on the historical visit of Chief Minister Sheila Dixit at PHD Chamber of Commerce, New Delhi.

Answering the non- stop questions put up by the members of different Committees, Associations, Federations and individuals, Sheila Dixit said We will leave no stone unturned to look after the problems of Delhi be it is concerned with Industry, residential colonies, Clean Delhi, roads, electricity and will suggest our best to MCD, NDMC, DDA and Police.

The program was conducted by Rajnish Goenka Chairman Delhi Committee.

We must ensure that we use them responsibly and with caution, especially while driving in order to avoid accidents and injury” said Sandeep Marwah Chairperson of Entertainment and Media Committee expressing theme presentation at the seminar at PHD Chamber on the celebration of World Telecommunication and Information Society Day declared by United Nation on 17th May.

Prof. R.K.Singh read the message of Ban Ki Moon, Secretary General of United Nation immediate after the formal inauguration of the seminar by Satyendra Garg IPS Inspector General of Police who made the house aware of road accidents and other related problems supported by well designed presentation and statistics.

Later Anil Shukla Additional Commissioner of Police (Traffic) explained the use of Information and communication technologies in traffic. Others who spoke on the occasion were Ashish Wig Chairperson infrastructure Committee PHD, Dr.H.O.Srivastava of World Development Foundation, S.K.Puri of IntercontinentalConsultants& Technologies and Yogesh Srivastava Secretary Entertainment & Media Committee.

The Chairperson OF Entertainment And Media Committee of PHD Chamber Sandeep Marwah has been the first Indian copped as Co President of Jury at Film Festival at Budapest Hungary. He is the first Indian to be honored with ShootForEarth Award at Hungary informed Suman Jyoti Khaitan President of PHD Chamber of Commerce during the meeting of management Committee.

Sandeep Marwah has been nominated as the President of Indo Hungarian Film Association by the Hungarian Film Fraternity. He was also invited to the National Television for an interview which was live to whole of Europe.

“I Am much obliged to the management of PHD for referring me in high profiled meeting of management committee. I am happy that I could represent PHD in various countries” said Sandeep Marwah thanking the President. Sharad Jaipuria Senior Vice President and Executive Director Saurabh Sanyal were also present there.
