Appreciation for 7th Global Fashion Week From Day One

The 7th Global Fashion Week at Marwah Studios in Noida kicked off with a spectacular range of garments designed by young and talented designers of AAFT School of Fashion and Design. In the third session of the event’s first day, the audience witnessed a fantastic display of creativity and design inspired by the cultural diversity of countries such as Cambodia, Bulgaria, Guyana, Armenia, Panama, Brazil, Cuba, Afghanistan, and Cyprus.

Amol Singh, Sunita Kushwaha, Komal Kumari, Pavannish Singh, Kashish Arora, VarshaGupta, Ayush Gupta, Aleena Israil, Gagandeep, Gudia Kashyap, HimaniNegi, and Priti Chandan were the designers from AAFT School of Fashion and Design who showcased their exceptional skills and expertise in front of the international audience.

The event was graced by the presence of H.E. Yasiel A. Burillo R Ambassador of Panama, who was the chief guest of the occasion. Tina, CEO True Fashion, Designer Anushka, and Designer Rahul were also present as guests of honor. Anabella Chavez Presstan, the third secretary of the Embassy of Panama, along with Anuj Lalwani, Shilpi Bahadur, Mania Kaur, Pankaj Choudhary, Means Malhotra, Ranju Rai, Ayati, and many others appreciated the show and applauded the designers’ efforts.

Sandeep Marwah, the founder of Marwah Studios, emphasized the significance of fashion as a means of artistic expression and a reflection of cultural trends. AAFT School of Health and Wellness Celebrated International No Diet Day

The AAFT School of Health and Wellness, in association with the International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (ICMEI), celebrated International No Diet Day on May 6th. This day is celebrated annually to promote body positivity, self-acceptance, and the acceptance of all body shapes and sizes. The event was aimed at raising awareness about the dangers of dieting and encouraging people to take a break from dieting to focus on their overall health and wellbeing.

Dr. Sandeep Marwah, the founder of AAFT, spoke to the students about the importance of body positivity and self-acceptance. He emphasized the need to focus on one’s overall health and wellbeing rather than obsessing over weight loss and dieting. He encouraged the students to embrace their bodies and to love themselves for who they are, regardless of their shape or size.

World Athletics Day Celebrated at ICMEI

The International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (ICMEI) in association with AAFT celebrated World Athletics Day, highlighting the importance of sports and physical activity in promoting peace, unity, and development. The event has adopted various themes over the years, such as Sports for Peace and Development, Stay Active, Stay Healthy, Stay Connected, Training for Life, and Excellence in Women’s Leadership. This year, ICMEI celebrated Love, Peace, and Unity Through Sports, emphasizing the power of sports to bring people together and create positive change in society.

Dr. Sandeep Marwah, the founder of ICMEI, has a world record in sports for his involvement with the 19th Commonwealth Games in Delhi. He covered the Queen’s Baton Relay from Wagah Border to Nehru Stadium, spanning 28 states, 5 union territories, 300 events, 900 cities, 20,000 KM, and took 10,000 pictures, filmed 1000 hours, produced 102 radio programs and 102 short films for World broadcast. He was also one of the 900 athletes who ran with the Baton, demonstrating his passion for sports and his commitment to promoting them on a global scale.

Dr. Marwah has given two major sports events to the nation, the Asian Star Premier Sports, and Atheleema, which are organized annually to bring youth closer to sports. These events are aimed at promoting physical activity and creating opportunities for young people to participate in various sports, including athletics. Through these events, Dr. Marwah hopes to inspire the next generation of athletes and promote a culture of sports and physical activity in India.

Sandeep Marwah Presented First Copy of Book- 8 Years of Modi Sarkar to Ram Nath Kovind

New Delhi: Dr. Sandeep Marwah, the Chancellor of AAFT University and President of the International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (ICMEI), presented the first copy of the book “8 Years of Modi Sarkar- A compilation of Achievements” to former President of India, Shri Ram Nath Kovind. The presentation took place on World Press Freedom Day and the eve of Buddha Purnima Day, making it an auspicious occasion.

The book, published by ICMEI, documents the achievements of the Modi government over the past eight years. It is an essential contribution to the documentation of the government’s work, and the efforts of the ICMEI in compiling it are commendable. Great Grand Opening of 7th Global Fashion and Design Week at AAFT

Noida: Marwah Studios witnessed a grand opening of the 7th Global Fashion and Design Week, which showcased an array of stunning creations from students of the AAFT School of Fashion and Design. The festival featured 550 dresses, 80 furniture pieces, jewellery, and coffee table books, providing an excellent platform for students to showcase creative abilities.

The festival was inaugurated by esteemed dignitaries from six different countries, including Malaysia, Mongolia, Iran, Russia, Kazakhstan, and Comoros. The ceremonial lamp was lit by the dignitaries, and the festival was off to a great start.

The first show of the festival featured the garments from Iran, Comoros, Malaysia, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, Maldives, and Tunisia. The models who showcased the garments were young, good-looking, and confident, and they impressed the audience with their excellent runway skills.

The garments were extraordinary, designed by students of AAFT School of Fashion and Design, and they were appreciated for their sleekness, sophistication, and elegance. The first show set the tone for the rest of the festival, which promised to be a visual treat for all those present.

Present on the occasion H.E. Dambajavyn Ganbold Ambassador of Mongolia, Cdr. K.L. Ganju Hon. Consul General of Comoros, Amizal Fadzli Charged’ Affaires High Commission of Malaysia, Dr. Faridoddin Faridasr Cultural Counsellor of Iran, Ardak Kakimzhanov Embassy of Kazakhstan and Tanmaya Diwedi Designer expressed their views to the audience and  press.

International Food Festival Inaugurated During 7th Global Fashion Week

Noida: Marwah Studios witnessed a delightful evening as the AAFT School of Hospitality and Tourism in association with ICMEI- International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry hosted an international food festival featuring the cuisine of five different countries. The event was inaugurated by Sandeep Marwah, the founder of Marwah Studios, and was attended by esteemed dignitaries from Iran, Comoros, Malaysia, Mongolia, and Kazakhstan.

The festival offered a platform for students to showcase their culinary skills and to present traditional dishes from their respective countries. Guests were treated to a wide array of dishes that tantalized their taste buds and showcased the rich cultural diversity of the participating countries.

AAFT School of P R Events and Advertising Devised New Program- Coffee with Sandeep Marwah

Noida: The AAFT School of PR Events and Advertising has launched a unique and innovative program called “Coffee with Sandeep Marwah,” where students can meet and interact with the Chancellor of the institution, Dr. Sandeep Marwah. This program offers an incredible opportunity for students to not only have coffee with the Chancellor but also to discuss various topics related to their careers, current affairs, and the progress of the institution.

AAFT Signed MOU with SONY to promote Film Making

The agreement is aimed at promoting good cinema and visual media and to enhance the value of cinema through the use of state-of-the-art equipment.
