Noida: Dr. Sandeep Marwah has been patron to IFUNA- Indian Federation of United Nation Association. He has been also part of United Nations Information Center’s activities therefore he makes it a point to celebrate all the important days designed and fixed by United Nations.

Present on the occasion Ambassador of Bosnia And Herzegovina Muhamed Cengic, renowned Kathak Dancer Guru Kcalpana Bhushan and popular spiritual and aryuvedic leader Yogi Dr.Dushyant released the poster as a part of moral responsibility of every one to protect wild life on this mother earth.

“I am very much concerned about the quality of life we are spending on this earth. We will loose the charm if there is no wild life,” said H.E. Muhamed Cengic Ambassador of Bosnia.

“We have added Wild life photography as a part of the course here in Asian Academy. We are trying to propagate   the same thinking through our radio station Radio Noida 107.4 FM and television station MSTV,” added Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios while releasing the poster. Leicester: An event to promote and high light the food industry of the County Council of Leicestershire, an annual program of Curry Awards has planned by Romail Gulzar of Pukaar News in association with BBC at their radio station at Leicester.

“We are lucky that we have with us a well known international personality today here at Leicester to motivate and to encourage our venture of curry Awards. I am rather more excited as  Dr. Marwah has been the president of AAFT-an institution in India where I belong to,” introduced Romail Gulzar in a jam-packed function to announce the 5 nominees in each of six categories of food awards.

It was in his mother’s memory that Loomba set up his charity, The Loomba Foundation, which works to raise awareness of the issue of widowhood and which raises funds to educate the children of poor widows in India and empower widows in other developing countries in south Asia and across Africa. The flagship of the charity’s awareness campaign is International Widows Day, which takes place annually on 23 June.

New Delhi: A lecture on “Emerging Cultural Relations between India & Iran in the present scenario & Iranian Cultural Revivalism in recent decades”   was organized by Iran Culture House delivered by Dr. Gholam Ali Haddad Adel, the Special Advisor to the Supreme Leader of I.R. New Delhi: Ghana High Commission recently hosted the launch of Gurdip Hari’s new book ‘Go Back to Nature & Heal Your Self’. Gurdip Hari released his book in the presence of HE Michael A.N.N. Oquaye Jr the Ghana High Commissioner to India and Sandeep Marwah Director Asian Academy of Film & Television. Bliss In Unity published this book. There are seven chapters in the book.

In this book he talks about self-healing, personal and timeless universal secrets on how to reach the heights of success and prosperity, and live a fulfilled, healthy and happy life.

New Delhi: Dr. Sandeep Marwah President Marwah Studios along with Dr. Karan Singh former Union Minister inaugurated   the retrospective of Biman B Das of sculptures; paintings, Drawings, and graphics. The exhibition showcased his professional works, journey from childhood, college days, and early professional life also.

“Art enables us to find ourselves and lose ourselves at the same time. The paintings of Biman B Das are poetries with words. Art and love are the same thing: It’s the process of seeing yourself in things that are not you,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah while lighting the ceremonial lamp.

Regarding his contribution towards the field of art, need not to mention that he is one of the most established names in the contemporary art world. His realistic sculptures of statues and busts of great. personalities/statesmen in bronze, stone and marble have been installed in India and around the world.

He was born in 1943 in a historic town Tamluk in West Bengal. He is the product of Government College of Art & Craft, Kolkata and had been a National Cultural Scholar, British Council Scholar and Fulbright Fellow USA.

He has primarily served the College of Art, New Delhi for 25 years as lecturer. Thereafter, he shifted to Kolkata again and joined as Principal at his own college of Art & Craft, Kolkata. Now he is attached to the AIFACS and honorary serving as Chairman.

A large number of artists fraternity including painters, sculpturists, dancers musicians, theater artists and art students were present there.
