Tashkent: The state visit of Sandeep Marwah President Marwah Studios and International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry was well covered by media of Uzbekistan and India too.

The most popular channel of the country Channel Uzbekistan National TV and Radio Company interviewed Sandeep Marwah on his last day of departure where       Marwah narrated in condensed form the whole visit to Tashkent.

“We are thankful to Tashkent Media and Indian Media for covering this state visit of 18 people in all the mediums of media especially the national television of Uzbekistan,” thanked Marwah for broadcasting Indian Film ‘Ali Baba Chalis Chor’ in the honor of visiting Indian Delegation.

ICMEI has joined hands with Uzbekistan National Television And Radio Company for further information and growth. Members of Uzbekistan Television showed interest in AAFT so that few   young technicians can join AAFT for further education in films and Television.

Sandeep Marwah Invited To Start Media City In Andhra Pradesh

New Delhi: A well known film and television personality Sandeep Marwah who is also the five times world record holder and founder of film city Noida was asked to start media city in Amravati.

Sandeep Marwah inaugurated the workshop designed by the Government of Andhra Pradesh and conducted by Centre for Strategy And Leadership at Hotel Claridges in New Delhi.

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu said the state’s new capital city Amaravati is a dream capital and will be an innovation hub.

Assuring that Amaravati will be an altogether different city, the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) chief Naidu said it will comprise of nine cities — media city, sports city, government city, justice city, finance city, knowledge city, tourism city, electronics city and health city.

Sandeep Marwah suggested that the media city should be the centre for cultural and heritage activities and developed with a long-term vision to host international events. Noting that Amaravati is a “dream capital”, Naidu said ultimately it will be the most liveable place,

ICMEI Extends Greets to France on National Day

New Delhi: The President of International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry, Sandeep Marwah has extended his greetings and felicitations to the Government and people of the Republic of France on the eve of their National Day i.e. on July 14, 2018.

Art and Culture Committee of PHDCCI Organized Dance Recital

New Delhi: PHD Chamber of Commerce under the leadership of Sandeep Marwah Chairperson of Art And Culture Committee in association with Marwah Studios and AAFT organized a vibrant dance recital by Geeta Chandran.

Geeta Chandran is a celebrated artist and a star-performer, she is synonymous with the Indian classical dance: Bharatanatyam. She began learning Bharatanatyam from the tender age of 5 years under the tutelage of Smt. SwarnaSaraswathy, who hailed from the traditional Thanjavoordeva dasiparampara. Subsequently, Geeta continued learning diverse aspects of the classical dance from a galaxy of eminent Gurus.

Today she is a renowned artist who has synthesised the knowledge she received from her Gurus to imprint Bharatanatyam with her personal vision of the dance. In her dance presentations GeetaChandran skilfully weaves abstract notions of Joy, Beauty, Values, Aspirations, Myth and Spirituality.

Who’s who of Delhi and members of PHD Chamber of Commerce attended the event. Rajiv Chandra Director UNIC anchored the show. ”We are promoting love, peace and unity through art and culture,” said Marwah.

Canadian Day Celebrated at Marwah Studios

Noida 1st July: AAFT & Marwah Studios recently celebrated National Canadian Film Day on 18th April, 2018 at its campus at Noida Film City to highlight Indo Canadian Film And Cultural Forum to strengthen the relation between two countries.

“I on behalf of Marwah Studios and International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry extend my heartiest congratulations to the people of Canada on their National Day which falls on 1st July,” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios addressing a group of media professionals at Noida.

Nelson Mandela International Day Observed at Marwah Studios

Noida: In recognition of the former South African President’s contribution to the culture of peace and freedom, UN General Assembly declares 18 July “Nelson Mandela International Day”.

The resolution recognizes Mandela’s values and his dedication to the service of humanity in: conflict resolution; race relations; promotion and protection of human rights; reconciliation; gender equality and the rights of children and other vulnerable groups; the fight against poverty; the promotion of social justice. Nelson Mandela International Day 2018 marks 100 years since the birth of Nelson Mandela (18 July 1918). The Centenary is an occasion to reflect on his life and legacy, and to follow his call to “make of the world a better place.”

Fifteenth Issue of ICMEI News Letter Released at Marwah Studios

Noida: ICMEI started its news letter in 2014 and with this issue it has completed its fifteenth quarterly issue subscribed and distributed among all the Ambassadors, High Commissioners and diplomats on one side and the bigwigs of   Indian film, television and media industry on other side.

This issue covers   the   presentation of Dada Sahib Phalke Award to Sandeep Marwah for his untiring contribution to Media And Entertainment Industry for the last 30 years.

We have completed 15th issues and every issue covers 30 best events of the quarter designed by ICMEI. All the four issues speak about 120 events in the year related to media and entertainment industry, fashion, skill development, hospitality and tourism,” said Sandeep Marwah President ICMEI while releasing the issue.
