Dance Competition At Asian School of Performing Arts

After the long workshop of ten days on Dance and Choreography the students of (ASPA) Asian School of Performing arts were more than excited to participate in the Dance presentation program designed for them at the academy at Marwah Studios Film City Noida.
“We want our acting students to learn and perform and present the talent so that they can gain better confidence during the training period” said Sandeep Marwah Director of Asian School of Performing Arts.
The hard work of acting students must be appreciated by giving them a platform within the campus, it has paid rich dividends” added Prof. Satish Anand Dean Acting.
More than 100 students of acting are learning the art of acting and presentation at ASPA. Most of the students expressed their talent on stage. Sanjay Yadav renowned Dance Director judged the whole program.

Indian Sports And Cultural Society Will Honor Sports Achievers

“We have decided to honor sports achievers on 11th May at Srifort Auditorium at New Delhi. There will be two segments, one for the young sports person and other for achievers” said Sandeep Marwah Patron to Indian Sports And Cultural Society.
ISCS is in existence from last ten years and we have been promoting young sports persons so that they can do well in sports nationally and internationally” said B.C.Bose secretary of Indian sports and Cultural Society.
The objective of ISCS is to reach out to every district and Block across the Country. Bring the school and college going female population of the Country under one umbrella. Train maximum young females in self defense using martial arts & other techniques. Engage female students for three months and to instill culture of fitness as a way of living. Create a common platform for the youth under the Slogan -’Sasakht hi Surakshit’.

It is on the top of any religion or preaching” said Sandeep Marwah President of World Peace Development And Research Foundation at the press conference planned to inform the 9 days “Bharat Festival-From Darkness To Light’ to be held from 2nd March to 10th March 2013 at Netaji Subhash Place Metro Ground, Ring Road Delhi.

International Festival of Short Films At PHD Chamber

An International Film Festival of short films under the banner “Dream To Cannes-Through 100 Years of Indian Cinema” was inaugurated by Uday K Varma the secretary of Ministry of Information and Broadcasting Government of India at PHD Chamber of Commerce at New Delhi jointly designed by Marwah Studios and Directorate of Film Festival.
“We all are celebrating 100 years of Cinema. I extend my heartiest congratulations to the whole film fraternity. The producing of films is now very expensive exercise. Most of the producers are busy in recovering the cost of the film in which sometimes they loose the idea of making of good cinema” reminded Uday K Varma addressing the huge international gathering.
“We have been promoting short films from last 20 years and festivals are the best way to showcase these films” said Sandeep Marwah World Recorder holder of producing largest number of short films.
Nine different films from India, Poland, China, Lithuania, Greece, Philippines, Vietnam, Slovenia and Spain were screened.

Brahma Kumaris Nine Days Festival Inaugurated At Delhi

Indian Film Industry Has Done Well Despite of Not Much Government Help-Uday Varma

“The numbers of films have gone up, and the quality is as good as international, Indian Film Industry has done extremely well even without much government support” said Uday K. Varma IAS Secretary Ministry of Information and Broadcasting Government of India at the inauguration of International Festival of Short Films designed by PHD Chamber of Commerce and Marwah Studios in association with Directorate of Film Festival at New Delhi.
“We are now the biggest film industry of the World and business wise we have yet to grow to tap more national and international market” said Alok B. Shriram vice President of PHD introducing the subject to the large audience including film, television and media persons from different countries of the World.
Today with digitalization it is now easy to make the film but difficult to sell & market the film. Films are the Ambassador of culture of any country and Festivals are the best showcase to project them. In series of 9 festivals we have introduced for the nation this is now the 10th in the row” added Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah studios and Chairperson of Entertainment & Media Committee of PHD.
Nine short films were screened from China, Lithuania, Greece, Poland, Spain, Philippines, Vietnam, Slovenia and India. The program was conducted by Yogesh Srivastava Secretary PHD and Susma Shekhar Secretary General Paid vote of thanks.

Grand Opening of Fashion Centre by Sandeep Marwah

“The Fashion industry is directly connected to film industry and both go hand in hand. I am still looking for new fashion designers who can help me in my short films also” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios on the inauguration of a new show room of dress designer Rohan Malhotra.
“I want to start Asian School of Fashion which will be first of its kind. The only fashion school which will be part of a film school” Marwah added appreciating works of Rohan Malhotra.
“I am thankful to Sandeep Marwah an international renowned film, TV and media personality for inaugurating my fashion store. His presence has encouraged me a lot” said Rohan who has study apparels and fashion for six years in USA.

International Mother Language Day 2013 Celebrated at Marwah Studios

International Mother Language Day has been observed every year since February 2000 to promote linguistic and cultural diversity and multilingualism declared by UNESCO.
“Languages are the most powerful instruments of preserving and developing our tangible and intangible heritage” said Sandeep Marwah Ambassador of International Human Rights Organization affiliated to United Nation and International Bar Association.
“ All moves to promote the dissemination of mother tongues will serve not only to encourage linguistic diversity and multilingual education but also to develop fuller awareness of linguistic and cultural traditions throughout the world and to inspire solidarity based on understanding, tolerance and dialogue” added Marwah talking to the people from all states of India and abroad at Noida Film City.

Poster of 77th AAFT Festival of Short Films Launched

“I wish you a great luck on achieving an extra ordinary level by launching 77th AAFT festival of short digital films, the only festival to touch 77th edition in the World” said Prof. Harshvardhan while releasing the poster at Marwah Studios Film City Noida.
“We have gone out of way to save the series of this festival and reached to 77th edition which is an international record now” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios.
The festival shall screen few short films on the inauguration on Monday the 25th February at Noida Film City. Dean AAFT and Dr. Shobha were also present there at the time of launching.

World Day of Social Justice Observed At Marwah Studios

“Social justice is an underlying principle for peaceful and prosperous coexistence within and among nations. We uphold the principles of social justice when we promote gender equality or the rights of indigenous peoples and migrants” said Sandeep Marwah Ambassador of International Human Rights Organization affiliated to United Nation and International Bar Association at Marwah Studios.
“ We advance social justice when we remove barriers that people face because of gender, age, race, ethnicity, religion, culture or disability” Marwah added throwing example of how cast, creed and religion column he has deleted from his institution’s prospectus from last twenty years.

The adoption by the International Labour Organization of the Declaration on Social Justice for a Fair Globalization is just one recent example of the UN system’s commitment to social justice. The Declaration focuses on guaranteeing fair outcomes for all through employment, social protection, social dialogue, and fundamental principles and rights at work.
The General Assembly proclaimed 20 February as World Day of Social Justice in 2007. The event was supported by World Peace Development And Research Foundation.
