IMAGES Has Merged With Global Festival of Journalism Noida 2013
‘IMAGES’ is an annual cultural program of AAFT Asian Academy of Film And Television, ASMS Asian School of Media Studies and ASC Asian School of Communication three media schools of Asian Education Group of Marwah Studios.
“In 2004 IMAGES was started to high light the talent of the media students. We have always believed that fine arts including Dance, Drama, Music, Painting, Writing are not away from Journalism and Cinema to develop the overall personality of media person” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios..
More than 100 students from the department of Cinema, Journalism, Acting, Electronic Media and Multi Media participated on the stage for a variety of program. The large audience consisting of film, television and media personalities, delegates from all over India and abroad enjoyed the cultural program
Sandeep Marwah Is A Legend of Media-Nigerian Minister
“It is my proud privilege to receive the international media personality and a world record holder Sandeep Marwah in the state of Kano” welcomed Umar Farouk Jibril Commissioner of Information, Internal Affairs, Sports and Culture, State of Kano, Nigeria on the visit of Indian delegation at Kano.
The ministry of Information, Internal Affairs, Sports And Culture as the name implies is charge with the broad responsibility of Information dissemination, management of Internal Affairs of the state, and promotion of cultural and sports development.
“Sandeep Marwah has done commendable work in the field of all the mediums of media. He is a living legend” added Umar Farouk Jibril who himself is a PHD and Professor in Media. Later Minister presented book written by him to Marwah.
“I will never forget my visit to Kano. The culture of this place is as powerful as Indian Culture. I am carrying not only book written by the minister but also the love and affection of the people of Kano back to India” Marwah said emotionally.
Exhibition of Cartoons Inaugurated at Global Festival of Journalism Noida
Hundreds of cartoons were displayed during the second day of the Global Festival of Journalism Noida 2013 in the exhibition hall of Marwah Studios by renowned cartoonist Sudhir Talang.
“Cartoons have become the part of life. One political cartoon has become part of every important newspaper not only in India but abroad too” reminded Sandeep Marwah while introducing Padam Shri Sudhir Talang to the large international audience at the festival.
“I am emotional about my cartoons and especially this exhibition as after many years someone has thought of putting up an exhibition of cartoons” said Sudhir Taland who has been producing cartoons from last 30 years.
Sudhir drew another cartoon of former deputy Prime Minister of India Shri L.K.Advani in the role of journalist then and there to mark respect to political cartoon making.
Book of Madhukar Gangadhar Released At Global Festival of Journalism
First Global Festival of Journalism Noida 2013 has given a special slot to the release of books every day to promote the art of writing which is the base of every journalistic activity.
On the second day of Global Festival of Journalism Dr. Madhukar Gangadhar saw the birth of his 25th book “BHARAT RASHTRA AUR RASHTRAVAD” released during the high profiled seminar.
“I am indebted to Sandeep Marwah for his efforts in promoting media in this part of the World selflessly. His contribution will be remembered for all time to come” said Dr. Madhukar Gangadhar.
“We have believed in the promotion of writing of literature. It is our privilege to bring in another piece of art into the World of writing” said Sandeep Marwah while releasing the book.
25 Years of Noida Film City Celebrated at Global Festival of Journalism
“It was in February 1988 when the project of Noida Film City took its full shape for the allotment of plots in the city whereas allotments were made in the month March” recollected Sandeep Marwah Founder of Noida Film City who not only designed the whole project but also persuaded the whole affair with Yogesh Chandra IAS then the Chairman of NOIDA.
Noida Film City is now 25 years old. It was inaugurated by then the Chief Minister Late Vir Bahadur Singh under the supervision of Brijendra Sahay IAS then the Chairperson of Noida. Original there was 12 allotments, but later 4 plots were carved to make it 16.
Global Festival of Journalism Noida is dedicated to 25 years celebration of Noida Film City. “We were first one to be here as Marwah Studios and wanted to be the first one to celebrate 25 years” added Marwah with great enthusiasm. Special events were impressed during GFJN 2013 to count 25 years of Noida Film City.
Entertainment And Media Committee Will Work on National Basis-IACC
“We would like to form an entertainment and media committee on national basis including Delhi, Mumbai, Calcutta and Chennai to promote Indian and American relations through films, television and media” said Shourya Mandal National President of The Indo American Chamber of Commerce during the national executive meeting at Hotel Claridges at New Delhi.
The President of Delhi Council of IACC Lalit Bhasin invited Sandeep Marwah Chairperson of Motion Picture, Entertainment & Media Committee Delhi as the special invitee during executive meeting to propose his name for national head.
“If I will be given the duties to develop the National committee I would take up the job seriously. We need to promote our relations with USA as far as entertainment is concerned” said Sandeep Marwah
ASMS Nominated Research Centre for Mewar University
Asian School of Media Studies a part of Asian Education Group has been nominated as the Research and Development Centre for Mewar University declared by the Chairperson Ashok Kumar Gadiya here at New Delhi.
“The best media house of the Nation Asian School of Media Studies which is also attached to the World Class Media Centre Marwah Studios has been nominated by the university as its Media Research and Development Centre in the field of Films, Television and Media” expressed Ashok Kumar Gadiya.
“I am pleased to accept this position for my institution and assure the best results in no time” added Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios an Asian Education Group. A long time agreement has been signed between two institutions in this context.

Enthusiasm, Truthfulness towards your profession and strong determination will take you to your destination” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios at the Entrepreneurship Summit organized by Rotaract Club of Saheed Bhagat Singh College at India International Centre at New Delhi.
“Life is not bed of roses; you have to learn to face the problems at every step. Success does not come easily” added Marwah motivating a large number of Rotracts gathered at IIC for the summit.

Asian School Of Media Studies Will Launch PHD in Media
Asian School of Media Studies a school of higher learning of Asian Education Group now soon will launch PHD for all those who are keen in going for higher studies in films, television and media.
“We have been declared as the Research and Development Centre for Mewar University and authorized to enroll PHD students in all media subjects” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios.
Applications are invited to get admission into PHD in media to be Doctorate in Media. ASMS has already been conducting undergraduate and master courses in Cinema, Multi Media, Mass Communication and Electronic Media from last so many years other than post graduate diplomas in Print, Television, Radio, Cinema and New Media.
