Sandeep Marwah Honored By Indian Ambassador in Nigeria

“India is proud to have people like Sandeep Marwah who have attained International status and yet traditional and full of Indian culture” said H.E. Mahesh Sachdev Indian Ambassador in Nigeria on the visit of Marwah at Abuja capital of Nigeria.
“Nigeria is the fastest growing film country in Africa and it needs lots of assistance and guidance in the production of films. The visit of Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios and Asian Education Group can bring in quality and style into the industry” added H.E. Sachdev.
“I am honored to be here in Nigeria and thankful to Indian High Commission for giving me so much of honor” said Sandeep Marwah accepting Indo Nigerian Batch which Ambassador fixed on him personally.

International Journalism Centre Inaugurated At GFJN 2013

JC-International Journalism Centre specially planned to promote journalistic activities has been constituted by Marwah Studios for the media persons in this part of the World.
“We are hoping that International Journalism Centre will work for the benefit of media persons and will guide old and new journalists towards better and motivated path” said Dr. G.V.Krishnamurthy former Election Commissioner of India while releasing the first poster of Journalism Centre.
Present on the occasion senior journalist Dr. Aziz Burney Group Editor Sahara, Vinod Mehta former President Editors Guild India, Lalit Bhasin of Ministry of Information and Broadcasting and Director UNI V. Tripathi appreciated the efforts of Marwah Studios to initiate the step of establishing Centre.
“The centre has been inaugurated on the International Day of Journalism- 12th February and on the first day GFJN 2013. I assure you it will continue for ever” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios.

First Global Festival of Journalism Noida 2013 Inaugurated

Krishnamurthy former Chief Election Commissioner of India who started his carrier as journalist many years back.

Mahatma Gandhi Remembered at 2nd Global Festival of Journalism Noida

“Gandhi was probably the greatest journalist of all time, Gandhi looked upon journalism as a means to serve the people” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios introducing Mahatma Gandhi Forum of Asian Education Group at 2nd Global Festival of Journalism Noida 2014.
The weeklies Mahatma Gandhi edited were probably the best. He published no advertisement; at the same time he did not want his newspapers to run at a loss. He had gained considerable experience in South Africa, where he had taken over in1904 the editorship of the ‘Indian Opinion’ and published it in English, Tamil and Gujarati, sometimes running the press himself. Gandhi’s newspapers ‘Young India’ and ‘Harijan’ became powerful vehicles of his views on all subjects.

Noida Professional Photographers Association Joins Global Festival of Journalism

The popular Noida Photographers Association with the membership of almost 600 photographers of this region has joined hands with 1st Global Festival of Journalism starting from 12th February which is the International Day of Journalism.
“We have invited all the photographers of Noida to be part of this international event through NPPA” briefed Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios.
Vijay Pal Sharma the president of the organization confirmed the large participation of photographers for three days of Global Festival of Journalism.

Sandeep Marwah Will Inaugurate Children Section of NBT

Sandeep Marwah was invited to inaugurate the children’s Section during International Book Fair of National Book Trusts, Ministry of Education, Government of India.Last year it was 100 years of Indian Cinema celebrated by NBT at Book Fair and this time Children’s section which is to be emphasized” said Sandeep Marwah.
National Book Trust, (NBT) is an Indian publishing house, founded in 1957 as an autonomous body under the Ministry of Education within the Government of India. Jawaharlal Nehru envisioned that the NBT would be a bureaucracy-free structure that would publish low-cost books.
The activities of the Trust include publishing, promotion of books and reading, promotion of Indian books abroad, assistance to authors and publishers, and promotion of children’s literature. NBT publishes reading material in several Indian languages for all age-groups, including books for children and neo-literates.

Two Days Indo Nigerian Film Association Meet Begins At Marwah Studios

“After India, Nigeria is emerging as the second largest producer country of films in the World. Hollywood now stands third in the list” informed Sandeep Marwah Chairperson of Indo Nigerian Film Association designated by Government of Nigeria.
A two day meet was planned and designed for the visiting delegation from Nigeria under the leadership of H.E. Governor Dr. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso State of Kano which is the fastest growing state in Nigeria.
Long discussions were taken place between Vinay Grover of Simba Group of Companies and Marwah Studios regarding the promotion of business between two countries which is the objective of INFA.
Later Sandeep Marwah honored Rajesh Mehra of Eagle Films and Vinay Grover with the life membership of Indo Nigerian Film Association. The event was attended by all the Nigerian students enrolled in Asian Education Group consisting of AAFT, ASMS, ASC and ABS.
