First Poster of Asian School of Communication –UCLAN Released

British Students of UK Hindi Samiti Visited Marwah Studios

UK Hindi Samiti was formed in UK to promote the language of Hindi and Indian culture in England twenty years back which has been now headed by Dr. Padmesh Gupta. Many non Indians are the members of this organization who all also believe in Indian culture.
Hindi Samiti started off with 150 participants in London and now has over 1200 students taking part each year from through out UK. Hindi Samiti has not only raised its awareness in UK but in other European countries as well.
Recently like every year a group of British students was in India to have first hand knowledge of the India and its culture at New Delhi when they visited Marwah Studios at Noida Film City. “ We are excited to receive the Hindi speaking British students at our campus, its so pleasing to know how our culture is so well accepted by foreigners” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah studios and Director of Asian Academy of Film And Television.
The team took the round of the film city and relate to the Indian style of film making. The team had Karin Vazirani, Tom Dobinson, Surekha Chopla, Parwati Mistry, Deugki Umasankar and Augeliki Dimopoulou. The team was recommended by Anil Joshi who is also the founder member of the organization.

International Film And Television club Celebrates 70th Film Festival

IFTC International Film And Television Club of Marwah Studios has finalized the dates of its 70th AAFT festival of Short Digital Films .The festival will take place at the campus of Marwah Studios at Film City Noida the popular venue for many feature films and television serials.
AAFT Festival of short films is the only festival in the World which happens after every three months. It is now an another international record for Sandeep Marwah to be the President of the festival for the 70th times in the last 19 years of its existence where in total more than 1000 short films have been shown submitted by 700 young directors and participation by 9000 media persons of 80 countries of the World.
“I have never believed in awards, rewards or records. I have always believed in generating work and hard work” said Sandeep Marwah. “You keep on working the awards, rewards and records will follow you” added Marwah.
IFTC is supported by International Film And Television Research Centre, International Public Broadcasting Forum, International Children’s Film forum.

Asian School of Communication- UCLAN Promoted By Marwah Studios

The 20 years old education group ‘Asian Education Group’ who all are the promoters of Asian Academy of Film And Television, Asian School of Media Studies and Asian Business School some of the finest institutions of the country now bringing Asian School of Communication through this education society.

Prayatn Celebrated 4th Annual Day At Film City

Prayatn, a part of Bhawani Educational and Children Care Society indulge in upliftment of unprivileged children and children suffering from disability celebrated its 4th Annual day at Marwah Studios at Noida Film City.

Speaking on the occasion the Patron of the organization Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah studios said that people should come forward to help all those organizations who are serving the society selflessly. “We must understand our responsibility towards society especially when it comes to children who are the future of this country. We always look for our rights but never talk about our responsibilities” Marwah added.

The Director of Prayatn Brijesh Kumar expressed his desire to open another branch in Haryana after two in Delhi. The needed students were presented with wheel chairs and children presented a beautiful cultural program which was worth praising.

AAFT Is Proud Of Mrigdeep Lamba of ‘Teen Thay Bhai’

The alumnus of (AAFT) Asian Academy of Film And Television Mrigdeep Lamba has done a commendable job as a director of full length feature film Teen Thay Bhai which has been recently released all over India and abroad and uplift the flag of the institute to better heights.

“I am happy to note that AAFT alumni are well placed in the entertainment industry and doing very well for themselves” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios and Director of AAFT. “Mrigdeep Lamba is a passionate film maker and will prove better with his next project” added Marwah.

Akhiyan Ton Door Jayeen Na’ Once Again On TV –Marwah

“Akhiyon Ton Door Jayeen Na is the first daily soap opera on any Punjabi Channel which has run for 144 episodes Monday to Friday with full Punjabi cast in a real Punjab environment” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios and Co-Producer of the serial talking to the Punjabi speaking audience at the function organized by MIDI Excellence Awards at Jalandhar.

“It was a much awaited move. With Ankhiyan ton door Jayeen Na, Punjabi entertainment breaks new frontiers. The show on ETC Punjabi is fast growing into a hot favorite of all the Punjabis and the actor Navdeep Kaler is becoming a known face on Punjabi Television. Akhiyaan Ton Door Jaayin Na is directed by Gurbeer Singh Grewal, the director of the hit movies Bag Films’s Mannat and Marwah Studios’s Coffee House. The serial went on air in September on ETC Punjabi. The Serial is now retelecasted on ETC Punjabi five days a week.

AAFT 70th Festival of Short Digital Films Fixed For May

“AAFT festival of short digital films is the only festival of its kind in the World which is organized after every three months, and this is going to be the 70th edition of the festival” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios and also President of the festival while chairing the meeting of (IFTC) International Film And Television Club.
AAFT festival of Short Digital Films started by Sandeep Marwah in 1993 at Marwah Studios with the projection of limited films directed by the students of Asian Academy of Film And Television made during the first batch of the academy. Slowly and gradually the festival has taken first the shape of National and then International stature.
The festival is supported by (ICFF) International Children’s Film Forum, (IPBF) International Public Broadcasting Forum, Mahatma Gandhi Forum, Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru Forum, (IFTRC) International Film And Television Research Centre and Radio Noida 107.4FM. A committee has been formed to finalize the films for the 70th festival

Dance And Choreography Workshop By JoJo Khan At ASMS

The renowned Dance Director from Mumbai Jojo Khan popularly known for his films like Dus Tola, Do Dilon Ke Khel Me, Zamanat, Jai Santoshi Ma, Pehchan, Ek Se Bar Kar Ek, Dil Hai Tumahra, The Legend of Bhagat Singh, Lal Salaam, Rahul and other 40 films was at Asian School of Media Studies, Noida to take a rigorous workshop in Dance and Choreography for the students of Cinema who all have a subject to prepare- a music video as a part of their syllabus.
