The renowned international media personality and the world record holder Sandeep Marwah is invited by the Government of Egypt to develop and promote cultural relations between two oldest civilizations of the World. Prof. .Dr. Saad Mohmoud Shama, the newly appointed Cultural Counsellor in the Embassy of Egypt and Director of Cultural Office at New Delhi visited Marwah Studios at Noida film City with this proposal.
“We want Sandeep Marwah to promote further the strong relations two countries already enjoying from years through exchange of cultural activities, films and television” said Dr. Saad Mohmoud Shama while handing over the souvenir especially brought from Cairo for Marwah as a gesture of goodwill.
“I am so thankful to Egypt for offering me this responsibility which I would love to accept” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios. “How can I forget the honor bestowed upon me on the international platform along with Salma Hayek, Samuel Jackson and Luci Lui during the 33rd Cairo International Film Festival” said Marwah. “We are ready to take our relations from here to higher stage” Marwah added.
Marwah Studios has already put in efforts into this relationship by calling dignities from Egypt on one or other occasion including organizing of festival of Egyptian films and a special scholarship at Asian Academy of Film And Television.

Asian School of Media Studies, the degree college for media studies has raised its level of education by inducting foreign faculty on its board and as it is the education group attracting students from 81 countries of the World informed Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios, film city Noida.
Recently Prof. Joao Ponces Carlovas former dean Metropolitan University of Leeds, United Kingdom has taken over as Dean International with ASMS. Prof Karl Bardosh Master Professor with Tistch School of Arts of New York University is on the board of ASMS in the capacity of Advisor said Prof. R.K. Singh Joint Director ASMS.
“I am thoroughly impressed by the syllabus as well as the unbelievable facilities ASMS is providing to its students in a span of two to three years during their Under Graduate and Master Courses in Cinema, Mass Communication, Electronic Media, Multi Media and Media Management in Noida Film City” said Karl Bardosh.

“On seeing the deep interest of the students in the game of Cricket I am pleased to start a CRICKET CLUB in full swing and will request one of these cricket heroes to come and inaugurate it some time” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios to the large crowd waiting to hear these words. The excitement was raised to double with this announcement.

It was another occasion where Sandeep Marwah took the opportunity to invite an American Documentary film maker Tom Shepard to Marwah Studios to have a workshop and interaction with the faculty of Asian Academy of Film And Television, Asian School of Media Studies and Asian Business School at Noida Film City.
“Being the Chairperson of Indo American Chamber of Commerce Entertainment and Media Committee I feel it is important to bridge the gap between the film makers of two countries.” said Sandeep Marwah while introducing Tom Shepard the film maker, Thomas White the Editor of famous magazine ‘Documentary’, cultural affairs officer, Embassy of The United States of American Lydia Barraza and Supriya Suri of Cine Darbar.
“Documentaries can be very interesting by adding story to it’s subject” said Tom Shepard who also presented his award winning film ‘Scouts Honor’. Tom has also produced and directed other documentary films like ‘Knocking’, ‘Voting in America’, ‘Spark’ and ‘listening To America’.
The jury member at many International Film Festivals and writer with The Hollywood Reporter, Varity International Film Guide, Indie Wire and Film Arts Thomas White clarifies many doubts of film makers and added” we need more festivals like Sundance Film Festival to promote documentaries”
Marwah later presented the life membership of International Film And Television Club to the honorable guests. The event was supported by Radio Noida, International Film And Television Research Centre and International Public Broadcasting Forum.

To make things easy and available both the schools AAFT and ASMS have tied up with International renowned film company Kodak for the supply as well as the developing of the films. Soumitra Das Gupta a poet, Painter, writer, film maker, production designer and advertising creative has many facet where he identifies himself. Soumittra Das Gupta finished his schooling from The Government College of Arts, Kolkatta. “My subjects are always beyond every day life, this time I have emphasized on Shakti” said Das Gupta.
Manab Bhattacharya is also from Government College of Arts “ life has become restless and irritating, there are more sad and angry occasions in life, this is what I have projected through my paintings” said Manab Bhattacharya showing canvas mainly using red, black and hard colors away from the kindness of nature. Sandeep Marwah offered the artist to exhibit their works at Marwah Studios.
