Great Gala Opening of 3rd Global Film festival Noida 2010

The huge colorful posters of Indian and foreign films all over the walls converted Marwah Studios into a multiplex theatre with seven screens running shows houseful. There was not a single space available in even one theatre as hundreds of guest, film lovers, film goers, film students from all over India and abroad waiting for their chance to get into the next show. It was great gala opening of 3rd Global Film Festival Noida 2010 at Film City under the President ship of Sandeep Marwah.

The formal inauguration function was typical Indian Style with lighting of lamp and garlanding of Ganesha. “I am feeling proud that this huge big film festival is now part of territory Noida and bringing the name to this city” said Surender Singh Nagar Member Parliament from Noida. The whole Noida is proud of Sandeep Marwah for his innovative ideas” Surender Nagar added.
The renowned leading lady of many films and president award winner Rituparna Sen Gupta congratulated R.K.Singh the Festival Director and all the 224 participants of the festival and wished them a very comfortable screening. “I wish you all a very bright future” she said. “It is hard to believe that an International level festival can be planned without any Government support, which is not only commendable but also worth praising” said Sudhir Mishra renowned Director from Mumbai.

The popular Director of Many films and a writer Khalid Mohammad believed and said “this is a wonderful start and I feel that this festival will take much bigger shape with next editions” Kuldeep Sinha the Director General of Film Division represented Ministry of Information and Broadcasting., Government of India said “I must suggest you not to miss any film and take best advantage of collection of the best films at this festival which focuses on Children.

“I am here to develop the relations with India through films and festivals as films are the best Ambassador of Culture” said Carlos A Irigoyen the Dy. Head of Embassy of Peru in India.

Oscar Winning Film Smile Pinki Screened At 3rd Global Film Festival

“It is my proud privilege to get associated with this meaning full Cinema. I am part of this first Oscar Winning Documentary Smile Pinki directed by Magan Mylan.The film has brought the name of Marwah Studios to International level.” said Sandeep Marwah President of 3rd Global Film Festival Noida 2010 at the opening of the first film of the first day of the festival at Marwah Studios.
The Oscar winning film Smile Pinki was the opening film with house full at 3rd Global Film Festival where Marwah Studios have provided the presentation part and graphics and tittles to the film.
The bunch of more than 2oo films are going to be shown in this festival with a series of filmy events including workshops, seminars, interaction programs, releases of new films, book releases etc.
The festival venue was decorated with large huge colorful posters and large crowd excited to see the stars walking through the red carpet entering the venue for formal inauguration.

Japanese Film Nitaboh Pulled The Large Crowd At 3rd Global Film Festival

The film festivals are the best way to showcase the films to the right audience” said Khalid Mohhamed film writer-director and guest of honor at the International film section opened at 3rd Global Film Festival Noida 2010..

“We might create another record with this festival when 227 films and 42 events are going to take place in 36 hours in three days” said Sandeep Marwah the two times International record holder who has produced more than 1800 films through his film production company. Children’s Film Society India Will Participate in 3rd Global Film Festival.

The 3rd Global Film Festival Noida 2010 promoted by International Film And Television Club of Marwah Studios has welcomed the participation of Children’s Film Society of India, a body of Information and Broadcasting Ministry, Government of India from 12th to 14th November at Noida Film City.

“It is a proud moment for me that my film Aasmaan, produced by Children Film Society, India has been selected for the screening for the main Cinema at 3rd GFF” said renowned film director Pankaj Parashar who promised to be present at the festival for three days.

“I am thankful to Children Film Society, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India for encouraging us for the film festival on the issues of Children” said Sandeep Marwah the festival President and also Chairperson of International Children’s Film Forum formed and framed exactly last year during the 2nd Global Film festival in 2009.

3rd Global Film Festival Noida 2010 With Focus On Children’s Film

The International Film And Television Club of Marwah Studios has planned its third edition of Global Film Festival Noida 2010 from 12th to 14th November at its campus in Noida Film City with focus on Children’s Film.

Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India is supporting the festival through its Directorate of Film Festival (DFF), Children’s Film Society India (CFSI) and Film Division who all are participating through their films.

International Children’s Film Forum(ICFF), International Film And Television Research Centre (IFTRC), Indo Wales Creative Forum (IWCF), Indo Nigerian Film Association (INFA), Indo Sudan Cultural Forum ISCF), Indo Peru Cultural And Film Forum (IPCFF), World Religious Parliament (WRP), Global Yog Alliance (GYA), PHD Chamber of Commerce, Indo American Chamber of Commerce (IACC), Film and Television Producers Guild (FTPGI), Indian Motion Picture Producers Association (IMPPA), Film Federation Of India (FFI), International Media of Braham Kumaris, Shantigiri Ashram are part of the film festival this time.

Festival has seven segments including International Cinema, Films from Asian Academy of Film And Television, Asian School of Media Studies, Films on the issue of Disability, Films on Children by professional film makers, Films made by Children and Competitive Section numbering to more than 150 films this time with 12 presentations.

39 events have been designed during three days including 3 seminars, 3 workshops, 3 book releases,2 new film releases, 3 exhibitions, daily bulletin,3 networking lunches, 3 gala dinners, 3 launching of forums, 3 inauguration of films, Market section, formal inauguration and closing function, 3 stage programs, 3 mini festivals of AAFT, ASMS and Documentary Film makers etc.

Oscar Entry Guru Will Participate In 3rd Global Film Festival Noida

“The full length feature film GURU directed by Rajeev Anchal in Malayalam and produced by Harbbei Sidhu supported by Shantigiri Ashram on the theme of Guru inspired by the Karunakar Guru is the part of 3rd Global Film Festival Noida 2010” informed Festival President Sandeep Marwah to the international press.
The film Guru was the OSCAR entry of India selected by the Apex film body of the country Film Federation of India in the year 1997.The film was appreciated by the Oscar Committee but could not be taken into the competition list. The film has bagged many awards in India and abroad
“The performance of super star of South India Mohanlal brought the level of film to par excellence. Director Rajeev Anchal was given an international status with this film ” said Sidhu.

Sandeep Marwah Nominated As President of 3rd Global Film Festival Noida 2010

The Popular ‘Asian Society of Film And Television’ with its Patrons, advisors and members spread out all over the World, nominated Sandeep Marwah as the president of Global Film Festival once again on the occasion of launching of 3rd Global Film Festival from 12th to 14th November,2010 at Noida film City with a special focus on Children Films.

“It is my honor to be on the highest post of the festival, and I will see to it that this time GFF will be in much larger scale than the last one” said Sandeep Marwah while talking to the International Press at Marwah Studios.

Global Film Festival was started in the year 2007 with the first edition emphasizing on the films on Peace and Spirituality, the second edition was highlighting Documentary Films and this time it is Children Films are in focus. Prof. R.K. Singh Dean Asian School of Media Studies and former Engineer in Chief, Doordarshan, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India has been nominated as Festival Director.

A well known ten years old NGO Savitri Vikas Samiti a forum for Universal Love and Peace through Music of Delhi working for the promotion of Arts and Culture in India joined the team of 3rd Global Film Festival Noida 2010 promoted by International Film And television Club of Marwah Studios-A Creative Enterprises.

Santhigiri Ashram works towards fulfilling Navajyothi Sri Karunakara Guru’s vision of a revitalized life involving spiritual, social, economic and cultural elements and now join hands with 3rd Global Film Festival Noida 2010 which is focusing on Children Films this time promoted by Asian Society of Film And Television.
