He is still alive in our hearts” Jainandu added.
“No success comes easy, whether it is media or any other industry. Every profession needs passion and hard work to reach to the top” said Shoban Saxena the Editor of Sunday Times, TOI Group congratulating students for getting admission into this international institute.
“I am already aware of the success of the students of this institute, now its your turn to prove and add to the feathers into the cap of your institution” said Vijay Wanchoo the senior Vice President of Hotel Imperial who also narrated his earlier days of struggle.

Later Marwah presented Life Membership to all the distinguished guests. Latika Sahani dean Asian Business School and R.K.Singh dean Asian School of Media Studies read the report of their respective schools.

Krishna has now fetched the best verdicts for enacting the role of a cool and chiseling baddie in Shankar’s recent release Ananthapurathu Veedu. The actor extended his heartiest thanks to Shankar for signing him for couple of his consecutive projects including Eeram.
Krishna had undergone vivid training in various aspects of acting prior to making his debut in small screens. The actor was trained at AAFT (Asian Academy for Film and Television) in Noida. Sooner he was offered to perform the lead role in K. Balachandar’s Sahana, which was a sequel to Sindhu Bhairavi.
Off late, Krishna was offered to perform the role of a cancer patient in Kamal Hassan starrer Vasool Raja MBBS and due to unavoidable reasons couldn’t sign the project. Sooner he was offered to enact a challenging role in director Saran’s Idhaya Thirudan.
Krishna had his greatest turning point with Azhagiya Asura as he won incredible accolades for his outstanding performance as a baddie. Indeed, filmmaker Arivazhagan offered him a role in his Eeram soon after witnessing his astounding performance in A.A. And now, the actor is leaping with more offers with his crème de la crème performance in Ananthapurathu Veedu.
“I cannot forget three important persons in my life – K. Balachandar, Shankar, and Naga, who laid the strongest foundation for me here in film industry and my days in AAFT” says Krishna, who’ll be soon signing more projects.

Asian Academy of Film And Television, the only institution in India attracting students from more than 70 countries of the World celebrated Nigerian Day jointly with Indo Nigerian Film Association (INFA) under the leadership of Sandeep Marwah, a renowned Asian Media personality at Marwah Studios Film City Noida.

“India and Nigeria may be apart on the globe but the hearts of both the countries are close to each other” said Chuks Jonathan Chikezie, the first secretary of Nigeria High Commission in India in the capacity of Chief Guest while narrating the relations of both the countries. “We can develop strong relations with each other through films. I am impressed by the objectives of INFA and hope to work together” Chuks added.

“I pleased to announce a film project to be directed by the Nigerian Director under INFA and supported by International Public Broadcasting Forum. That can be a wonderful start of cultural exchange too.” said Sandeep Marwah Chairperson of Indo Nigerian Film Association.

The program started with the national Anthem of Nigeria and closed with Indian National Anthem. Dr.Om Gupta, Harshvardhan, Ugo Ben also spoke on the subject. R.K. Singh paid vote of thanks. Later Marwah presented the life membership of International Film And Television Club to Chuks Jonathan Chikezie.

Cathy Greenhalgh the film maker and the principal Lecturer cum the course Director of Film and Television wing of London College of Communication, University of Arts visited Asian Academy of Film and Television and Asian School of Media Studies at Noida film City during her visit to India where she has come to cover her documentary subject.

“I was in India last year after twenty two years and now I am again here to cover my subject of documentary” said Cathy Greenhalgh while explaining the importance of research in the field of film making.” I have designed my production in such a way that minimum equipment is to be carried to different locations at the time of shooting” replied Cathy while answering to the questions from the media students.

“We are pleased to welcome Cathy, the Ambassador of London College of Communication, University of Arts here in India. I am sure her visit will work as the bridge between two big film schools of East and West of the World” said Sandeep Marwah, President of Marwah Studios and Director General of Asian Education Group.

Cathy was later presented the life membership of International Film And Television Club in the Master Class which was attended by all the professors and students of all the departments.

Story, Dialouge and Screen play writer of feature film ‘Once Upon A Time in MUmbaai’ Rajat Arora alumni of World renowned film school Asian Academy of Film And Television at Noida Film City has been very well appreciated by the industry and media.

Rajat Arora has already written earlier for ‘Blue’ ‘Chandni Chowk to China’, ‘ Kabhi Bhi Kahin Bhi’, ‘Taxi No 9211’, ‘Hattrick’ , ‘Bluff Master’, ‘Family Ties of Blood’ etc.

“I remember when he wrote his first film ‘Aahsas’ in AAFT I was amazed by his capacity and capabilities. I was forced to start a film for him that time” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios and Director of Asian Academy of Film And television. The institute has announced a special award for his contribution to the industry.

“I am thankful to the Government of Nigeria for appointing me as the Chairperson of Indo Nigerian Film Association” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios who was conducting a meeting with the Nigerian students enrolled in AAFT Asian Academy of Film and Television and ASMS Asian School of Media Studies at Noida Film City.

This happened during the visit of Dr.Hyginus Ekwuazi the Managing Directoe/CEO of Nigerian Film Corporation, Nigeria and T.Benibo, Dy. Director, Head Film Development/ Commercial Service Department, Nigeria in the presence of G.D.Akpan, the Minister Councellor ( Information) High Commission of Nigeria in India.

The purpose of the organization is to develop and promote relations between two countries through films, Television and Media. Help all those who want to get into film business, film and television training, film festivals, interaction programs and creating awareness and exchange about the culture of two countries.

Ugo Ben, L Oyeleela, Bimakinde Jide, Osei Tutu Safo, Busari Omogbocahan andBamigbola Olyfemi have been enrolled as members of the organization. The meeting was also conducting with Nigerian Writer Onyeka Nwelue who later was interviewed at Radio Noida 107.4FM on the release of his new book.

The event was supported by International Film And Television Club, International Film And television Research Centre, International Children’s Film Forum and International Public Broadcasting Forum. Dr. Om Gupta has been taken as Secretary General of the INFA.

MARWAH STUDIOS has upgraded the Writing Department in its Asian Education Group to inculcate writing skills among its students across its existing five schools ie AAFT (Asian Academy of Film & Television, ABS (Asian Business School), ASMS (Asian School of Media Studies, ASGA (Asian School of Graphics & Animation and ASPA (Asian School of Performing Arts).

”The aim of creating Writing Department is to fulfill the long felt need to hone and harness three basic skills among its students- Reading, Writing and Speaking,” said Sandeep Marwah, president of Marwah Studios and Director of this media Universe.

This department will impart writing skills in script writing, news writing, voice overs, radio commentaries, interviewing, anchoring, news reading, dialogues, screen plays, workshops, stage management, public speaking, speech writing, playwriting, web content, blogging, poetry, short stories and even novels. It will hold reading sessions, debates, declamation contests, speech
competitions, newspaper and journal production, radio discussions, radio and video jockeying.

”We will invite foreign professors to take interactive sessions, media professionals for events, writers and littérateurs and prepare students to participate in inter-college competitions” said Dr. Om Gupta, Dean writing Department, who has been writing for all the mediums of media for last 40 years.

Marwah Studios is already publishing books, journal ‘Asian News Journal’, ‘Pranam’ a magazine, News Letter, a portal “Batchbuzz.com”, running a radio station “Radio Noida’ and has its own film and TV production house.

Rajat Aroraa’s screenplay is powerful and engaging. The writer marries heavy-duty drama and subtle and delicate emotions beautifully. I would like to make a special note of the dialogue, also penned by Rajat Aroraa, which are simply fantastic. In fact, the dialogue writing is such it elevates even an ordinary sequence to great levels. One rarely comes across such potent dialogue in today’s times.

The pre-eminent part about ONCE UPON A TIME IN MUMBAAI is undoubtedly its dialogues (Rajat Arora) which reminds one about the Salim-Javed jodi.
Unlike most films based on the underworld, ONCE UPON A TIME IN MUMBAAI isn’t all grim and gory. Written deftly by Rajat Arora, it’s more about the characters than the hullabaloo about crime, which is appealing.
