Sandeep Marwah Invited By Goa to Start Film City

When we have Sandeep Marwah, the most experienced person here in India we need no one from abroad to start film city in Goa” said Eric Sequeira social worker and land developer from the state of Goa inviting Sandeep Marwah renowned media person, founder of film city Noida and 5 times World record holder to start film city in the State of Goa.

“After studying feasibility of different states I found that Goa is the right destination to start the next film city of the country, I would love to take the lead in this venture “ said Sandeep Marwah shaking hands with Eric Sequeira to go ahead with the project.

Akshay Marwah CEO Marwah Studios will be visiting Goa soon to finalize the premilaries of the project in Panjim, the capital of Goa. Rajen Sikka and Satyender Narayan will assist in identifying the piece of land. Film City is the dream project of Government of Goa.

Gandhi Jayanti pre-celebrations at Marwah Studios

Noida, 1st October: An afternoon was dedicated to celebrate 145th birthday of Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi at Marwah Studios in association with UN Information Centre for India and Bhutan. “This day is memorialized as the International Day of Non-Violence as Mahatma Gandhi was a preacher of non-violence” said Sandeep Marwah, President of Marwah Studios.

The commemoration commenced with lighting of the lamp and a patriotic song by Mrs. Kulwant Kaur to honor the Father of the Nation. Prestigious certificates of World Peace Development & Research Foundation-Youth Ambassador for Peace were presented to the students by Mrs. Tara Gandhi Bhattacharjee– Vice Chairperson Gandhi Smriti, Darshan Samiti and Chairperson of Kasturba Gandhi National Memorial Trust and Veena Kohli of All India Women’s Conference.

The gracious presence of Dr. Baldevanand Sagar– Broadcaster & artist AIR and Doordarshan, Radha Bhatt-President of Gandhi Peace Foundation, Ved Prakash-G.S Gandhian Seva & Satyagraha Brigade, Shri Chandrakant N. While addressing the young media aspirants, Sandeep Marah emphasized the significance of fostering peace, treating people with utmost dignity and respect and instilling tolerance in oneself for other religions. Convocation of 84th Batch of AAFT at Noida Film City

“We promise to be the integral part of media and entertainment industry” students took the oath in a fully loaded house. “The excitement of clearing AAFT examination was overshadowed by the pain of leaving the school” said student of cinema emotionally.

More than 60 students in Production/Direction, TV Journalism, Editing/Sound Recording, Acting/Presentation, Sound/Radio Program, Animation/Graphics, Camera/Lighting Technics, Script Writing etc. received their prestigious diploma of Asian Academy of Film And Television.

Annual General Meeting of 7th Global Film Festival Noida Held

“We have once again gathered here to create history in the field of cinema. 7th Global Film Festival Noida 2014 will bring in new innovative ideas and the whole world will follow it till the next year” Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios introduced 7th GFFN to the members of the board.

Six times with successful results, Asian Society has taken lead in developing and promoting film, television and media business in this part of the World. Three days exercise is heard and seen by all over the World when more than 2000 media houses try to cover the event in different mediums of media.

“I am sure one day GFFN will be compared by the Cannes International Film Festival and other top ten film festivals of the World” said Dr. A.K. The film festival be on 11th to 13th November 2014 and a special segment of cooperative movement has been added to it as a mark of respect to Late Proime Minister of India Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru which will close on 14th November on his birth anniversary..

Peace Walk by AAFTian Created Asian Record

“We are One Family One God and looking for World Peace. A Peace Walk from Agra to Delhi only depicts our intentions to create awareness for peace” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios and World Peace Development And Research Foundation.

Himanshu Kumar AAFT student of Post Production decided to walk from Agra to Delhi on one leg and has created Asian Record of longest walk by amputee athlete player.

“I am indebted to my sir Sandeep Marwah for motivating me to do something which no one has done in Asia, now I am Asian Record Holder” said Himanshu Kumar enthusiastically on the completion of his walk at India Gate”

“Bringing all organizations together with the same purpose and then represented by a special student has served the purpose of spreading peace in India” said Chandrakant Patil Kharare Secretary WPDRF.

International Day of Peace Observed at Marwah Studios

Noida, September 21st: A seminar was held at Marwah Studios on International Day of Peace i.e., 21st September. Established in 1981 by the United Nations General Assembly, this day is dedicated to strengthen the principles of peace within and among people of all nations.

Sandeep Marwah graced the occasion with lighting a candle; “there is an increasing level of intolerance in countries and a lack of cultural consciousness. We need a behavior shift from the present way of thinking and for this to transpire we must endeavor to bring together people of diverse cultures, faiths and political idealogies as one united mind” said Marwah.

“The focal point must be the desire to serve and manifest peace on earth while outdoing our differences and celebrating humanity. May peace prevail on earth,” quoted Sandeep Marwah, the Ambassador of International Human Rights Organization affiliated to United Nation.

International Day of Democracy Revelry at Marwah Studios

Noida, 15th September: “Freedom of speech and expression is the essence of any democracy”, said Sandeep Marwah, the President of Marwah Studios on September the 15th while addressing media students on the International Day of Democracy.

The UN General Assembly pronounced 15 September of every year to be discerned as the International Day of Democracy and motivated authorities to promote and consolidate democracy.

Democracies reckon on the belief that government exists to serve the people. It is an integral part of any political system in the present day as it empowers people to participate and to choose their representative, added Sandeep Marwah, the Ambassador of International Human Rights Organisation affiliated to United Nations.

Heritage Day observed at Marwah Studios

Noida, 24th September: “ We need to give respect to every culture protected by different segments of population” said Sandeep Marwah during the celebration of Heritage Day at Asian Academy Film And Television at film city Noida.

Remembering Elizabeth Thabethe Deputy Minister for Trade And Industry, Government of South Africa who nominated Sandeep Marwah as the Chairperson of Indo South African Film Association during her visit to India Sandeep Marwah spoke about the celebration of this event at South Africa.

Heritage Day highlights the diverse cultures and history of racial groups of Africa; it commends individuals who have contributed to the legacy and culture of the nation.

American Pop Singer Linday Kirlay on the Board of AAFT

Austria: Renowned American pop singer Linday Kirlay with large collection of musical numbers to her credit now on the board of Asian Academy of Film And Television confirmed Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios during his meeting with Linday at Austria.

Hungarian vocalist Linda Király is a well-known performer with a bent toward pop and R&B. The daughter of musicians Tamas, Linda Kiraly grew up performing music and by her early teens was attending the BOCES cultural art Centre.

Király enrolled in the Liszt Ference Academy of Music, where she studied opera with singer Erzsébet Komlóssy. Also while at school, Király performed with a funk and R&B band in local clubs and was eventually chosen to record the theme to the popular Hungarian film Szerelem Utolsó Vérig. The song was a hit and brought Király to the public’s attention.

In 2003, Király released her debut album and that same year won the role of Christine in Andrew Lloyd Webbber’s Phantom of the Opera. Király’s success found her working in London and ultimately returning to the United States, where she began work on many pop albums with best of the music directors and other renowned American singers.
