Noida: A well-known cultural Tycoon Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios has been nominated by the Ambassador of Georgia to India, Government of Georgia as the Chair of Indo Georgian Film And Cultural Forum at the grand function at Noida Film City.

“I am pleased and honored to nominate and appoint an internationally known Sandeep Marwah as the Chairperson of Indo Georgian Film And Cultural forum. He is not only well connected to the world of culture but most effective worker. His presence will enhance relations of Georgia with India,” said H.E. Archil Dzulidashvili Ambassador of Georgia to India.

Earlier Ambassador inaugurated formally Indo Georgian Film And Cultural Forum by launching the poster of Indo Georgian Film And Cultural Forum at Marwah Studios.

“It is my honor to be designated as the Chair for such an important forum by the Government of Georgia. It has added another feather in my cap and additional responsibility on my shoulders,” said Sandeep Marwah

New Delhi: Famous yoga exponent and author, Mansi Gulati launched her book, ‘Yoga and Mindfulness’ recently. The book was launched by the Vice President of India, M. Venkaiah Naidu amidst the presence of Member of Parliament from the Rajya Sabha, Dr. Sonal Mansingh and Member of Parliament from the Lok Sabha Manoj Tewari, at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Conference Hall, Vice President’s House.

Mansi Gulati addressed the audience and spoke about the benefits of yoga. She said her book ‘Yoga and Mindfulness’ revolves around the fact that yoga, is not mere asanas, but anything you do with mindfulness and dedication is yoga.

Vice President, M Venkaiah Naidu advised the youth to shun a sedentary lifestyle, junk food and stay healthy and also called upon people to make yoga an integral part of their daily routine to combat lifestyle diseases which have acquired menacing proportions. He stressed that yoga would help in combating severe stress, lifestyle diseases and helps the overall well-being of an individual.

“We have been associated with Yoga from last twenty five years and have trained more than 10,000 persons from more than 100 countries to believe in the art of yoga at Asian Academy of Film And Television. Being Patron to Global Yog Alliance I promote yoga to my best of the capacity,” said Sandeep Marwah President Marwah Studios as a special invitee at Vice President House.

New Delhi: IFUNA Observed U.N Day-2018 on 30th October 2018 to mark the day when India ratified the Charter and joined United Nations. Hon’ble Gen. (Dr) V.K. Singh MOS, Ministry of External Affairs was invited as Chief Guest.

The emphasis of the summit was on Swachh Bharat and well known media person Sandeep Marwah was honored by IFUNA for his deep involvement with the project of Swachh Bharat. Gen. V. K. Singh Minister of State, Ministry of External Affairs, presented the memento.

Sandeep Marwah has been patron to 12 year old organization Clean India with almost 12 lacs as its members and associated with it for number of years which suggested Government of India to take clean India as national campaign.

Noida: A poster was released to mark the 143^rd Jyanti of Sardar Patel at Asian Academy of Film And Television at Noida Film City with film and media students of the institution.

He was an Indian barrister and statesman, a senior leader of the Indian National Congress and a founding father of the Republic of India who played a leading role in the country’s struggle for independence and guided its integration into a united, independent nation.

Noida: One of the most popular games of ages -Pitthoo has been brought back to the limelight by a new Board of Control for Game Pitthoo, under the leadership of its president Kamal Dogra.

“Traditional games have always played an important role in the history and mythology of India. Our generation used to play a variety of traditional games during our childhood days. Traditional games were designed in such a way that one can develop a lot of skills like logical thinking; team building strategy, concentration, and basic mathematics, among others. We need to bring them back,” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios while accepting the patronship of Board of Control for Game Pitthoo.

Anil Khaitan the immediate past president of PHD Chamber of Commerce is the second patron member of the board of Control of Game Pitthoo.” We are ready to support the game to our best,” said Anil Khaitan.

Soon a national structure will be created to highlight the game in all the 29 states of India and inter state games will be played within the   state teams.

Noida: A grand event to celebrate Tourism of India and to discuss the prospects of tourism in relation to rest of the World, a National Tourism Summit was organized by International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry in association with Asian Institute of Hospitality and Tourism and Association of Asian Union at Marwah Studios at Noida Film City.

The summit was inaugurated by the former Governor of Manipur H.E. Vinod Kumar Duggle, former Governor H.E. Amolak Rattan Kohli along with L. P. Potsang President of Global World of Music And Arts Organization, Subhash Goyal President of All India Travellers Agent Association, Padma Shri Bharati Shivaji renowned dance exponent of Mohiniyattam and Dr. Beni Prasad Agarwal Chairperson Association of Asian Union.

“We are associated with tourism since we are in cinema. Twenty-five years back we gave a new word of Film Tourism to the English dictionary, it has become one of the most popular words in tourism industry now. “India has grown much bigger In Tourism Industry in last few years. We have grown from six million to ten million tourist in last few years but still a lot has to be done to attract many countries,” said Subhash Goyal veteran of tourism industry.

L.P.Potsang and Padamshri Bharti Shuvaji touched the subject of culture whereas Governor Vinod Kumar Duggle expressed the need to bring in changes in day-to-day affairs to make tourism industry more vibrant. Governor Kohli introduced some new ideas to make Indian Tourism more popular within country and with foreign Nations.
