Katianna Ley from Slovenia on Board of AAFT

Noida: We are pleased to announce the induction of Katianna Ley from Slovenia on the board of AAFT. It is always been our practice to have people from abroad as part of our education system so that international exposure of students can be brought to the campus,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios and Chancellor AAFT University.

I am more than happy to be part of AAFT. It is one of the finest institutions of the World. There is so much to learn from Dr. Sandeep Marwah. My experience of Global Film Festival is extra ordinary. I would love to share my experience with students of AAFT,” expressed Katianna Ley.

Katianna Ley is an actress and TV host, known for her own Tv jewellery show, movie Safe, movie Addiction. She studied sociology, finished music school and after her studies found passion in acting and professional dancing. As a child she was playing piano, but her big wish was to dance and perform on stage. She became salsa dancer, in 2016 she represented Slovenia at World salsa summit competition. Meanwhile she finished acting school Dramska sola Satirikon by well known Russian professor Viktor Ljubutin, where she brushed up her passion in acting. She was also a part of Jewellery TV show, called Galerija nakita for Slovenian channel.

Following up a successful 2016-17 stint on Hungarian television, Katianna shoot in 2019 scenes for Safe, an American short film being shot in Cannesl by American director Sanelle Sibanda, a Cannes alumnus. Safe stars Katianna in the role of Blanka. The action-packed film co-stars Hollywood actors Sabrina Culver and Karl J. Morris.

Workshop by American Film Maker Mukesh Modi at AAFT

Noida: Award-Winning Indian American Filmmaker and Director Mukesh Modi visited Asian Academy of Film and Television and shared his vast experience in film business with the students of Cinema. The event was supported by Indo US Film and Cultural Forum of ICMEI.

Mukesh Modi has been the producer and director of feature films like -The Elevator: Award-Winning Film Starring Oscar Nominee Eric Roberts and Recipient of Three Awards for Best Film, Best Actor (Eric Roberts), and Best Director.

As an industry innovator, Modi decided to be the change by launching a widely successful streaming service—Indie Films World (IFW). “Indie Films World is a one-stop Over the Top (OTT) Platform for the new world of entertainment in streaming movies, web series, live TV, TV shows, podcasts, and more. Efforts of Every Nation will Bring World Peace- Sandeep Marwah

Noida: “Peace remains a goal for introspective individuals around the world. The lifelong search for inner peace challenges us to learn more about ourselves while allowing us to evolve with the seasons. Peace cannot be kept by force. It can only be achieved by understanding, Efforts of every country will bring World Peace,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of World Peace Development and Research Foundation in a small meet on the visit of His Holiness Guru Dileep from USA.

India has always been the capital of spirituality.  Peace for individual  is necessary   which can be attained through Meditation, controlling your emotions and respect for everything. Let us create a beautiful environment by respecting and loving every one irrespective of their cast, creed, religion, colour, status etc.,” said Acharya Satyendra Narain of Confederation of World Religion.

“We are also contributing to the World Peace through number of workshops, seminars, interactions, symposiums, and trying to bring like-minded people together to spread the word of Peace,” said Avadhuta H.H. Jagat Guru Dileep Maharaj from New York, USA.

Later Dr. Sandeep Marwah presented Guru Ji with life membership of WPDRF-World Peace Development and Research Foundation of Marwah Studios and highlighted Indo American Film and Cultural Forum of ICMEI. Radio Noida 107.4FM and MSTV also covered the event for broadcasting.

ICMEI Celebrated Independence Day of Libya

Noida: I on behalf of Indo Libya Film and Cultural Forum of International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry, and complete fraternity of art and culture take this opportunity to extend my hearties congratulations to H.E. and people of Libya on the Independence Day of Libya which falls on 24th December,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of ICMEI and Chair for Indo Libya Film and Cultural Forum.

India has been extending scholarships and training Libyan personnel under its Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation Program, The Indian Council for Cultural Relations  (ICCR) and under the India-Africa Summit Program. Libya has been linked to the Pan African E Network Projects  being undertaken by India. Very soon ICMEI will also start its cooperation through Embassy of Libya in India.

Sandeep Marwah Chaired CEGR 5th Education Summit in Bangalore

Bangalore: The biggest change what we are looking in education is the change in the definition of Education. The new education policy is just the indication. We all must put in efforts to make it a very vibrant industry. Education is the need of the hour,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of CEGR- Centre for Education Growth and Research and Chancellor AAFT University of Media and Arts at the opening session of 5th Education Summit in Bangalore.

“The goal of education is the advancement of knowledge and the dissemination of truth. Knowledge is power. We all have to bring standards in education. Indian education system is big but it needs to add more quality to it,” Gehlot added.

NFTC Managing Director Sandeep Marwah in Nepal

Kathmandu: This tiny landlocked country sandwiched between the two most populated countries in the world, India, and China. Although some know it as the home to the world’s tallest mountain Mount Everest and other giant Himalayan mountains.,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah Managing Director of NFTC-National Federation of Tourism and Transport Cooperatives of India Limited & President of AAFT School of Hospitality and Tourism while talking to the press at Dwarika’s Hotel at Kathmandu.

“To me, Nepal is wondrous. It is full of ancient stories and beautiful temples, not to mention the world’s most magnificent mountain range. You feel like coming back again,” added Dr. Marwah who was visiting Nepal with a group of twenty five people from different segments of life supported by Tourism Committee of International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry.

In a span of few days the group visited Hotel Marriott, Hotel Taj Vivanta, Hotel Dwarika and Hotel Chandragiri Hills Resort. The cable tour to Chandragiri Hills, Pushapati Temple, Budhanilkantha Temple, Boudhanath and various markets of the city.

Sandeep Marwah has been invited by mny industrial houses and government bodies to visit again. Indo Nepal Film and Cultural Forum will plan again a trip to Nepal. Even the students of AAFT School of Hospitality & Tourism will make a short trip soon.

Panjim: “There is a need to gather all the media persons, media houses who all are dealing in social media so that a federation can be created for their benefit and welfare. They all are still working in a very haphazard manner, they all need to be streamlined at National level,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah founder of Noida Film City & President of Marwah Studios while replying to the question asked by local media.

“We need to set some rules, some basic education, some experience in journalism, some identification so that media person should not forget their responsibility towards society. I am happy that Dr. Nixon Thottan of DNMCI-Digital News and Media Council of India has taken this responsibility to bring, if not all, at least many people to come under one roof to discuss the matter,” added Dr. Sandeep Marwah during his stay at Hotel Taj Village at Goa.

Later Dr. Nixon Thottan briefed Dr. Sandeep Marwah about the organisation and its activities. Twenty-Eight states and five Union Territories will have state offices & heads for which selection process is on. Dr. Nixon was accompanied by Shashi Kumar.

Panjim: Renowned international film, Television and Media person Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios met the Chief Minister of Goa Dr. Pramod Sawant in his official residence to discuss and brief him about the film activities Marwah Studios has been involved in.

Dr. Sandeep Marwah congratulated Chief Minister for successful completion of 53rd Film festival and inauguration of new airport in Goa. He also talked about the scope of film and Television education & business in Goa. Sandeep Marwah, the nine World Record Holder in media, is the founder of Noida Film City, Marwah Studios and Asian Academy of Film and Television. He is the cultural Ambassador of many countries in India and is the producer of largest number of short films in the World.

Dr. Marwah is teacher to twenty thousand professionals hailing from 145 countries of the World. He was accompanied by Dr. Nixon Thottan of Goa, Secretary General of Digital News and Media Council of India.

Sandeep Marwah Invited by Film Fraternity to Join Film City Nepal

Kathmandu: Renowned film, television and media personality Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios and Founder of Noida Film City, was invited by the film fraternity of Nepal to be on the board of Film City Nepal, on his recent visit to Kathmandu.

“We hereby invite you to be a part of our film city. We have been trying to establish film business for a long time, we need an experienced person like Sandeep Marwah who can guide us and make film city Nepal a viable project,” said Madan Dass Shrestha senior Artist and promoter of Nepal Film City after a long discussion with Sandeep Marwah at Hotel Marriot.

“We are open to discussion. The Indo Nepal Film and Cultural Forum has already initiated to propagate the interest of Indian Film Makers in Nepal. Film Federation of India can also play a role where I am also the member of Executive Council. We will promote Nepali Cinema in India through film festival in early next year,” said Sandeep Marwah while showing deep interest in many other events for the promotion of India Nepal relations.

Indo Nepal Film and Cultural Forum Moves Forward

Kathmandu: A delegation of twenty-five people visited Kathmandu to promote relation between India and Nepal through tourism. Delegates from different strata of life including Jewelers, fashion Designer, Business Consultants, Film makers and Educationists were the part of the team.

We have always believed that interaction can bring people together and can lead to generation of business too,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President Marwah Studios & Chair of Indo Nepal Film and Cultural Forum while talking to the press at Hotel Marriott Manakamana, Nepal.
