The jury consists of renowned film makers like N.Chandra, Karl Rordosh, Gurbir Garewal, Arun Anand, R.K.Singh and Raghav Marwah presented their final report of results to the president of the festival Sandeep Marwah to declare internationally.

The first award for video category was given to VISION by H.K. Sharma, DANCING QUEEN by Sumit Roy got the second and THE GIFT by Amar Sohny manage the third. A special jury award was announced for SUNDAY by Sumit Kohli and Audience award handed over to EYE by Ashok Yadav.
Winner in Still first category was shared by two BLUE-THE COLOUR OF HOPE by Shuruti Rai and CROW DRINKING BEER by Kshitij Gupta.MAN JUMPING IN THE BUS by Suneel Mistri and JINDA HUN MAIN by Anirban Bhattacharya got second. Special Jury Award.to FIRST FINISHING LINE by Nagendra Singh and UNDERWEAR SHAPED by Rithwik Sondhi were given. The audience award to best still was FEAR-MOBILE PHONE by Umang Khanna was presented.

“All the participants have been given a participation Certificate and Awards along with Citation will be sent to all in due course of time” said Sandeep Marwah. “We have started preparing for the 4th International Festival of Cellphone Cinema which will take place in January 2011” added Marwah.

“The films must leave an impact on the viewers that is how we plan and produce films at Asian Academy of Film and Television” said Sandeep Marwah president of Marwah Studios while introducing the guest on the dice at the inauguration of 65th Festival of Short Digital Films at Noida Film City.

Some of the finest films directed by the students of 64th batch were screened for the large crowd of young film makers who were enjoying every bit of the festival environment. “Students must take advantage of the first class facilities being provided by the institution here which are somewhere better than any film school in Europe” said Yiannis Arsenis, the film maker from Greece while addressing the students. “We invite the students of AAFT to come forward to direct and present films highlighting on the subject of Disability” said Satish Kapoor founder of Brotherhood.

“Films are the best source of expression and do not ignore the touch of right music into it” said Madhu Mathur Anand classical singer from USA who later impressed the audience with a spiritual song. The presence of Prof. Kamal Dixit a veteran journalist and B.K. Sushant media coordinator of World renowned Brahmkumari organisation proposed to enthusiastic film makers to go for meaningful Cinema. AAFT dean also paid vote of thanks.

Katrina Kaif is popular enough to hold the press and who’s who of Delhi to wait for her entry on the stage when Assocham Entertainment Committee decided to honor her at Hotel Imperial in continuation to her absence at 3rd International Entertainment summit last November in FOCUS.

Katrina has been rated as the most popular performer and as successful women she is representing now for the cause of upliftment of the women” said Alka Lamba, secretary of All India Congress Committee.

“Katrina has played her tough innings to reach to this platform, she is well versed with the reality of life” said Swati Piramal, the President of Assocham while handing over the award as Prinyanka Vadra could not make it for the show.

“More than 100 short documentary films received on various issues of disability from all over the World and the preview Committee of We Care Filmfest 2010 finalized 32 short films for screening during the film festival which will be moving to all over India. Each documentary film has a story to tell, tales of dogged human spirit that has trumped against all odds” said Sandeep Marwah president of WECARE FILM FEST 2010 .

The preview committee had B B Nagpal, a Media and Film Critic, Shankar Choudhary (Sr. Programme Offricer UNESCO), Ms Saoirse, United Nation Volunteer (UNESCO), Sanjeev Upadhya, Media Professional and film maker ,Ms Deepa Jain (Psychologist and film maker), Ms. Gopa Mukherjee (Journalist and Film maker) and Abhinav Bajpai Head IT, AAFT) jury headed by Satish Kapoor Director of the festival.

People living with disabilities often surprise us with their abilities, with what they can do rather than what they cannot, but not many tell their stories. To share a few minutes of their lives 7th We Care Filmfest will be held across the country under the theme Dignity and Justice for All” said Satish Kapoor the founder of Brotherhood and WECARE FILMFEST.

The festival is organized in association with the National Trust, Asian Academy of Film and Television (AAFT), United Nations Information Centre (UNIC), and the United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) will be travelling to about 12 locations in India, from February to mid-April 2010 including Delhi, NOIDA, Mumbai, Pune, Goa, Agra, Jaipur, Kolkata etc.

“The Computers – a marvel of the 20th century is now being used to create and integrate text, still pictures, graphics, audio and video. This work is referred to as multimedia” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios.“Graphics are a visual art discipline for creating text, images and layouts to communicate information. Animation brings two and three dimensional still images to life. The computer hardware and soft wares have indeed enabled the creative persons to do their work speedily and to make amazing media products” added Marwah.
“Graphics artists and animators are required by film and television production houses; cable and satellite television channels; printing and publishing houses; commercial art studios; art museums; advertising agencies; public relation firms; businessmen for making logos, creating and maintaining websites and e-commerce work; video game industry, to name a few areas” said Harshvardhan Director Academics of ASGA. Asian School of Graphics and Animation is the new arm of world renowned Asian Academy of Film and Television and Asian School of Media Studies.

The huge crowd of young film makers from all over India and abroad lined up to enter into the festival theatre at Marwah Studios to look into this third International festival of Mobile Phone Cinema where more than 500 entries have been received from all over the World. “I am excited that the festival has become popular worldwide in just three years, no doubt that our team from AAFT,ASMS,ABS and ASGA has done a great job in making this event so attractive.” said Sandeep Marwah president of Marwah Studios.
The festival organized by International Film and Television Club inaugurated by the renowned writer, producer, editor and director N.Chandra who has given some of the finest films like Ankhush, Tezab, Pratighat, Narasimha, Humlaa, Beqabu, Yeh Mera India etc and presided over by American film director Karl Bardosh.
“I am amazed by the ideas these mobile films have thrown to all of us to elaborate into full length feature films.” said N. Chandra, also the jury member of the festival while addressing the audience, national press and media personalities present there.. “I am associated with the festival from the beginning and happy to see it growing year by year. Mobile Cinema is going to takeover all alternatives of watching films” said Karl Bardosh who is also the prof in Tisch School of Arts, New York University.
